Staff was helpful in getting my 6 mulch bags onto a cart and then into my car.

I asked one of the staff members where I could find a product, and he cheerfully took me to it. I asked about getting a propane tank and he pick one Lou and let the cashier ring me up for my products, and had a cart out front with the propane tank ready to go. I was in and out with what I wanted in no time. Love it!

Helpful employees throughout the store.

I came to this store because the store I usually go to did not have what I wanted in stock. I ended up buying a better product for less money than I planned to spend. My cashier Sonja, helped me aquire a Home Depot credit card, and was very friendly and helpful during the whole process.

Few product that I need and ask to employee on the floor, they showed me the item and explain everything.

This is one of your smaller stores; I shop here quite often. At no time have I ever dealt with an employee who was friendly, perceptive, and would go out of his/her way to satisfy my needs. Your merchandise and the way it is stocked, the signage is very clear and easily directs you to what you are looking for.

The employees at the Mundelein Home Depot always give excellent, first class service. They are always friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed on my visits and I have frequented this store since April 2017.

Upon entering the Mundelein Home Depot Don B. greeted me and personally walked with me to select the correct LED bulb. When he needed help he call Burt who helped with the bulb selection and walked me to the retrofit LED canned light and sold me on the idea that I could install these myself and when over the directions. Great time saving service for the customer!

Tuesday in the Mundelein Home Depot's Flooring Department helped us identify and order the proper flooring materials that were needed for our flooring project. I could not have done the project without her sharing her knowledge and expertise.

Out of 50% of things I needed on my list, online inventory innacurate, Guadalupe cashier acted like we shouldn’t be in the store

One of the employees went out of her way to help me resolve a difficult issue with patience and perseverance. Her name is Bianca. I had to return two dead perennials. She spent a long time sorting out the receipts to find the correct ones to the credit/debit card. She even went out of her area to help me find a replacement plant. She was kind and had a smile on her face the whole time

Marilyn in paint is absolutely amazing! She explained the custom paint process step by step to our young kids and had them helping to press buttons and shake paint. The colors were great. Then she found us blinds that were half the price of the ones we were looking at and cut them to size. She just went out of her way to be extraordinary. She made our trip so easy and fun!

The employees here a so friendly and professional. Some of them even know my name and can identify me even while wearing the mask that America is required to do while this pandemic continues. They are always helpful, patient and polite. I've never had a bad experience at this store. I've shopped other Home Depot stores in my general area and none can compare to Mundelein.
