GREAT TOOL RENTAL DEPARTMENT. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY OWN TOOL NOT WORKING AND THEY SERVICED IT. GREAT TO KNOW I CAN GET THEM FIXED HERE.

This store has everything you need for your remodeling jobs. It's also neat and organized.

The only real issue I have is that they have updated their credit card swipe terminals and they no longer accept Samsung Pay, which is far more secure & convenient than using a physical card. The weirdest part is that is a step backwards in the use of technology for secure payments.

People here care, and want to help you. They go out of their way to make you feel like family.

Employees are very helpful and friendly, and they always greet me at the door when I come in and say goodbye and thank me when I leave. I love the self-checkout lane and the option to have my receipt emailed to me. Shopping trips are always quick and hassle-free. So are returns!

Marilyn and Don in the paint department are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind!

Workers are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. It is easy to find what I’m looking for. The selection for flooring options is great. I wish I had the money to buy everything I want for our home. I have a long project list and I talk to the employees all the time to plan ahead how to get it done. I can literally spend hours at Home Depot.

We went to Home depot a bit confused on how to go about choosing a paint color and finishing our home project. However, one of the store employees, Marilyn was so helpful and amazing! She was great at listening to our needs and wants and thoughtful about our budget. She was just a great person to talk to and great at her job! Thank you Marilyn!!

The Pro desk employee, Craig, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the Trex Decking material. It was a great experience for my husband and I. I would rate the Mundelein store a Ten.

Great Store. Overall the people are friendly. Megan over Merchandising went out of her way to help me find the items I needed for a project. Her suggestions to what I needed proved helpful and on target. Saved me alot of time.

Saw customer not wearing a mask. Asked one of the employees about it. They said they were not allowed to confront anyone regarding that. Shouldn't she report it to the manager?

The Mundelein Home Depot is, by far, the best home improvement store I have visited. I have had horrible experiences with other home improvement stores, but I would, definitely, recommend this store for whatever your home improvement needs might be. The employes are very friendly and polite. They are also knowledgeable and attentive to the customers needs.

Store was very clean, associates were very nice, friendly, courteous and most of all helpful.

This store has the most helpful employees I've ever encountered. The store is also super clean, and I feel like it is better stocked than other retailers I've shopped at. Wendy and Joey were very knowledgeable and helpful and I would happily go out of my way to shop at this location for all my home improvement needs.

After spending 3 hours on the phone with customer service and not getting anywhere, because no one could tell me what happened with my online order I decided to go in the store, I was immediately greeted my Mark, I explained my situation to him and he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much Mark!!! My project is back on schedule!! Walked in depressed, walked out beyond excited and thankful!!

If you need flooring or kitchen remodel see Katie - Sales Associate. She was amazing. She knows her stuff inside and out. She has ideas and we like them.

I visited on June 27, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. The store was clean and most employees were friendly. Adrian and Edy were wonderful! The manager, Nancy, with short hair was rude and inconsiderate. She knocked an item off of my cart, didn't pick it up, apologize, or even make sure it wasn't broken until I asked her to. Then, Nancy put items left at check-out for me, while we continued shopping, back at customer service to go back on the floor. Again, didn't apologize or even offer to go get them for me. She told me I could go get them from the customer service desk.

I am the customer of that store since 2016. Since the first day when I entered that store I got a special warm fillings about place, people working there and since that time it my store # 1 for all my needs. Great people working there always going far more that situation would required. Helpful, always treating everyone with respect. Great prices, great product !
