I am a senior citizen who tried to buy a patio set and learned my credit card was compromised so I called customer service for help. I needed the patio set put together and delivered and customer service said I had to go into the store, do a special order to get that done. The assistant manager said I should have been able to do that online! Everything so far has worked out but who was right? Did customer service make it harder for me to buy my patio set?

Stand in line forever, kiosks don't work half the time and you have to use a credit card. ENOUGH OF THE SELF CHECKOUTS! Put humans back at registers! Won't be going there again anytime soon. Fed up!

I just wanted to use my HD card and I forgot so I asked customer service before I filled up a cart if the cashier can look up my account and she said absolutely and it was no problem. Rosanne in the garden center did something and said you need to call credit services. I said no I should not. I ended up using my debit card but she was so rude and didn't offer to call the customer service desk in side. When I got home I checked my account and I have over 3000.00 available credit. She is a lazy employee.

Jutta did a great job of cashing me out after I found the item I needed to complete a job. She smiled, made eye contact, made great conversation, and had an overall wonderful mannerism. I recommend this Home Depot and Jutta to family and friends.

Purchased a kitchen faucet and Home Depot set up the installation for us. The checkout is very simple and efficient when you have installation included.

I bought a new grill and was told that the delivery had a 12 hour window! However they could tell me morning or afternoon delivery if I wanted to pay an additional $20.00!!!! How ridiculous is that? So they can tell you morning or afternoon but only if you pay extra! The only reason I am saying yes to a recommendation is because I like Home Depot but their delivery policy sucks.

No one after six attempts would help my wife and I load a product weighing 70 lbs. All they did was say they were busy.

This is my favorite HD store. The employees are always available and our so helpful.

So we frequent Home Depot and other home improvement stores and unfortunately you don’t get a lot of help and it’s not their fault it’s just very short staff these days at this store. We have had an experience with a gentleman w named Todd in the garden department and he has helped us so much. We’ve been in there a couple times and he’s just so friendly and outgoing that we always look for him for help and the other day he helped us, and like four other departments that were even his, that is good service and will always go back and look for him. Good work ethic. . Thank You Todd for helping us all the time we appreciate you 😊

The Flooring Specialist (Ondrea Morales) went well above and beyond to make sure we would be getting the right flooring that fit our needs. She also realized that we are new to the area and gave us helpful tips to make our transition more enjoyable. She was amazing!

We like the location, the items we look for are normally in stock , mo need to order which is nice.

I love our local Home Depot...the prices are consistently low, the store is organized in an easy to navigate way and it's kept very clean. This is the ONLY Home Depot that we use!

Wonderful service and staff

I know absolutely nothing about wood working. I wanted to build a wooden box for a project & walked into the store with zero knowledge about what I needed to do. An employee, David, walked me through the whole process. David really went above & beyond bc when I came back to the store a few days later frustrated with how my box was coming along, David drew out a plan & built the frame for the box for me in the store. Outstanding customer service. Thank you David!!!
