I had bought a lawn mower , and had to return it because it really wasn't what I wanted, and I had no problems or hassle returning it

So impressed with John in the paint department at HD in Myrtle Beach. Everyone was nice enough but he made my day, very pleasant man and knowledgeable about his product!

Debbie R was quick in regards to my returns. Had to research one of the products since it was not on the online transactions receipt.

I LOVE this particular store. The sales associates are always willing to assist you any way possible. And if a person for that department is not available, other associates will step up to assist you. Need help lifting and loading your items, no problem, they are immediately there to help. And the Service Desk - they really do provide service. They make the return process a breeze, unlike the competitor a mile down the road that treats you like scum if you dare approach the "service" desk. Have a project or need household items - go to the Myrtle Beach Home Depot!

Great store and customer service! Joe helped us decide on our new Traegar grill AND helped us to the register and load it into our truck!

Ordered custom blinds in April. The third party installer came to measure, then again, then again, and then requested to come measure the 4th time in July. The store never called me to address why they kept coming to measure for something that was never delivered/ordered.... I don't know... Nearly impossible to call into the store to get someone to help. I had to drive to the store to finally get, your order rep is off today. A refund was delivered for the order, but still have not received a refund for measurement and installation... No photo b/c there is no product after 4mo.

Friendly employees that will actually help you through the entire process! I bought a fridge, Michelle and Angela were fantastic! I’ll definitely be back.

I've brought from Home Depot quite a bit w/o any issued. This recent purchase was great the salesman John that assisted me was very knowledgeable and making me the custom feel great with making a store purchase....He was great with helping me make my purchase. He walked me through from beginning to end.

Employees are helpful and always offer assistance.

Over the past 3 months,,have been in store 6-7 times and been very pleased with each visit. Almost makes me feel good spending money!!

Many times going into a big box hardware store you find it really can’t find anyone to help. Not this store. Employees went out of the way to help and make sure all was taken care of.

Please give Debbie R at Customer Service a raise!! She went well above and beyond to help me repair my staple gun with the incorrect staples I’d purchased and then jammed my gun with. She saved me the purchase of a new gun, declined my offer to donate the incorrect staples and instead refunded them, and showed me how to properly load my staple gun. She was patient, caring and helped me be able to finish my home project. Every employee I encountered was so helpful. Excellent service!

In a time when no one seems to take pride in their job, everyone we encountered at Home Depot went out of their way to help us and strike up a conversation. That goes a long way with us.

We purchased a specific tree as a memorial from the garden center. Lorin and Jane went above and beyond to help us. Such friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking ladies! We will definitely make this our first stop for all of our future garden purchases!

Found the doors I wanted, had to pay $40 for a measurement for standard size doors of 36 x 80. Measurement scheduled 2 weeks out and guy was a no call; no show. Guess I’ll need to return for a refund and start all over elsewhere.

Purchased the MOEN Hotel Style Bathroom Towel Bars. Looks great in the Master Bedroom. Will be returning for some additional pieces from this particular Collection.

My husband and I are long time customers of Home Depot. Today’s shopping trip was one of the best experiences. I needed a lot of help and was more than helpful!

We went into the Home Depot to purchase New appliances for our home and the sales associate was extremely helpful and patient with helping us pick the package that we wanted.

The Myrtle Beach, SC, Home Depot is nothing short of a model of large store management and professionalism. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help.

The cashier refused to give me a military discount.

I purchased a new husky toolbox. Upon getting home I found multiple areas that were less then satisfactory. I reached out to Angela my customer service representative and she helped make the situation better. Customer service is equally important to me as the product itself. Angela showed she really cared and even followed up with me. Thanks to Angela I don’t feel terrible about the situation and will continue doing business with Hd.

I can always find whatever item I need at this Home Depot. Whether I need a furnace filter, tool, flowers to plant or items like mulch. The best bonus is the employees, they hire the nicest, friendly, helpful people. I can always find someone to help me find items I am looking for and if needed help me to my vehicle to load them.

The ladies & gentleman at the front desk customer service exceed any other stores I have shopped. In the past 9 months I have done most of my remodel shopping at the Home Depot located at the 951 Oak Forest Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC, solely because of the employees at the Pickup/Return desk. They always, no matter what, go above and beyond for me and other customers. The absolute best customer service, I wish every store I had to shop, had these employees exemplary service!

I’m never disappointed at this store. The staff are always helpful and the store is well stocked with quality merchandise.

Highly recommend dealing with August in the paint department, he is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff very well
