I wrote this in the survey-Paula in the paint department is amazing-she kept trying to match our colors until they were perfect-Lowe’s wouldn’t try-Kudos and a “Homer” to Paula we will definitely be back to this store for our project needs

The employees in the store are great too bad they’re forced to wear masks against their will or they’ll be let go! What happened to my body my choice!!

The employees at the Customer Service Desk (Monica and Kerry) were great problem solvers! Everyone was helpful and friendly. The store was well-stocked and we found everything we needed.

This store always has workers to help you find items and to help you load your car, so much better to shop where a store has help available. The workers always know where items are and will call for help if needed. Checking out time is so good when you have help in some areas where cashing out in self-check is not available.

Products were not in stock as indicated on store website Spent over an hour waiting on assistance after calling the store asking twice.

I found the ceiling fen on line and call Home Depot to find out if the have this item, they promptly find it and it was ready to pick it up in 10 minutes. It made me really happy.

The store was very busy, yet the associates jumped at the opportunity to assistance us in every way possible. We left the store very satisfied with our experience. Being new to the area, we found it exceptional to many similar stores we have been used to visiting in the past. We plan to make this out "go-to store" for all of our household and yard needs!

They always have available employees that are knowledgeable about items in the store, and always have someone to help load items like bags of top soil into your car for you. You don't have to go to someone and have them call over the loud speaker for help in any department. The shelves are always stocked with lots of selections.

Got stabbed by jagged nails sticking out of signage. as i’m bleeding the cashier tells me it’s not his problem

Store aways clean and stocked. Best employes there as well. Everytime I go there, I find what I want, plenty of stock and employees are very helpful. Not hard to find help when you need it, employees are well visible and smiling!

We were greatly impressed with the salesperson's knowledge and ability to help us with our kitchen remodeling project. We found the prices competitive with others in the region as well.

The store is well stocked. The staff is polite. I generally find the prices to be the best available.

Because there are so many new purchases of homes in this area, this store is heavy traffic within the store. More items in stock need to be available.

Kitchen people are not concerned about sales. I had a guy in kitchen tell me HE would have to look at each item to see what side by side black refrig are in stock. I pulled 2 tags that i was looking at. he checked and said out of stock Then told me Home Depot is trying to sell more stainless over the others I have been looking for 3yrs not every week and its like a broken rec out of stock but we have them on the sales floor just for looks

if i said anymore that what i said i would buy the store for them.

Dave was phenomenal at helping me pick the right shop vacuum! Friendly & knowledgeable - this man needs a raise. With a customer service and sales background myself I hate being up sold. However, Dave did it effortlessly and that may not have been his intention, but he listened to what I was looking for and knew just the right shop vacuum to suggest & I am very happy with my purchase.
