I have been working on many projects from painting kitchen tile to creating built ins in my living room for extra storage…I bought 3 major appliances too this year! Ray in appliances & Nicole in front store are incredible and partly the reason both my husband and I constantly shop there!

Purchased a bundle of appliances & looked at flooring. Lisa was wonderful! Very kniwlegable & friendly .

Went shopping for flooring, tiles and bathroom vanities. Lisa, who designs kitchens, was outstanding! She knew everything, not only helping with the grade of materials but also the integration of colors for the look we were seeking.

I was looking for flowers for my garden and specifically looking for Mandeville's, they are so easy to care for. I love planting them in front of my bird houses and bird feeders so the can climb up, the birds love the extra security coverage.

I came in to do some spring gardening and yardwork and was so thankful for the wonderful customer service that I received from sales cashier Raeann. She was so helpful and kind. Thanks and see ya next time.

We always shop at this location for any needs we might have that Home Depot has. We even gave our handy man contractor a copy of our Home Depot card so he can get supplies as needed.

All associates were knowledgeable and friendly.

Rick from the Electrical dept. helped my husband and me to figure out the best LED light bulbs for our needs and money. Friendly, knowledgeable and well informed about the products.....just what is needed in a store that has such variety of products. RICK praised Home Depot for its focus on Customer Service and even showed us the logo on his orange work apron. Nice guy and great employee Thank you, Rick.. Patricia Tesznar in Customer Service.is also a very helpful employee no matter which area she is working in. Today she was in Self Checkout and showed great patience with us technology challenged customers. Thanks. Pat

I always find something to buy here at Home Depot even if just browsing the store. Whether tape, bins, seasonal deco, paint and brushes or a tool…there is always something to pick up ….. their plants are awesome too.

Slowly I have re-introduced myself back into the Home Depot store at Myrtle Grove location and found much has improved there. Years ago it was a deplorable place for service and attention. Really was! Now, in resent visits, I have found very nice and helpful sales and others who want/wish to help me. I plan to continue to go and shop there now.

I will never purchase an appliance from home depot again. It was horrible from beginning to the end. I purchased a refrigerator then had to wait a week for delivery. Then when the refrigerator didn't work I called within 12 hours and was told it would be another week before someone could pick it up. After I voiced concern I was told an incident ticket was going to be placed and someone would call me within 48 to 72 hours... that never happened. So I had a non-working refrigerator in my house for over a week that I did not have room for. I wasted another Saturday waiting on them to come pick up the broken refrigerator. Then waited another week for my refund... that still has not been deposited into my account. Then when I called to find out where my refund was I was promised a gift card a $50 for my inconvenience. When I arrived at my local store, as directed by the man I spoke to on the 800 #, I found out that the $50 gift card was a lie. This is also when I found out that my refund had never even been processed. Needless to say this is unacceptable, I'm completely appalled by the lack of customer service and follow-through the company has displayed on multiple levels. The one and only employee that has shown any follow-through was the lady that helped me today at the Myrtle Grove location by processing my refund and showing compassion for all that we have been through.

Kids in flooring is phenomenal at her job! Great advise and help in ordering cabinets!

I purchased my Frigidaire Gallery stove with air fryer and I'm so happy I used this store! From the moment I entered, I was greeted, asked how I could be helped. The staff took their time with me to ensure everything was correct. The delivery of my stove and installation went smoothly and they even called to followed up to ensure everything was fine, which it was!

Everyone’s always helpful and they have pretty much everything and the prices are as good or better than their competitors.

We were helped by Lisa J at this store- she was beyond amazing! She helped us tremendously- she is the reason we will continue to go back to this store! We walked out with more appliances we needed, for a great deal, and the best service we have ever had. She definitely loves her job, can only hope they care for her as much as she does her company!!!

I prefer to go to Home Depot over Lowe’s due to the fact that they are staffed well and the people working are always helpful and give off a good vibe. They feel like they enjoy working there which makes a HUGE difference in the shopping experience.

I went in to purchase some items to do electrical work in my utility closet. As I was looking at plugs it dawned on me that the water heater was 230 v and the plug I wanted to install was 120 v. I thought...hmmm, this might not work. So I asked Richard in electrical. Before I could get the question fully out of my mouth he said "you can't put a 120 plug on a 230 line". I hadn't even gotten to that part yet. Anyway, he walked me through a few other options and how to easily go about doing them by myself.

Went there to get flowers for an event and was very happy with the selection. Service was great as always.
