Courteous staff!

Always helpful. Someone will ALWAYS ask if I need help finding anything and if I pick their brains about whether to buy one product or another or ask the best way to do something, they take the time to listen until I am done rambling and are very helpful and thoughtful with their input.

My experience with Customer service at the Appliance Department on week of March 11 at the Myrtle Grove branch was exceptional. Thanks Ann for your excellent people skills>

I enjoy the location of this store because there are other stores available for shopping and plenty of places to eat. It wears me out when I enter a store and no one seems interested in helping me find what I am looking for. There were plenty of Christmas decorations available and the store is always clean. This is not only good for customers it's also a beneficial for the store because it causes less accidents.

Was on hold for 20 mins cause no one was picking up in appliances, actually walked into the store while on hold. The cust service lady( in store) walked back to appliance to greet me and get me help. I was rushed to order the washer cause delivery date would be Thur 5th. Nothing he told me about the delivey happened. I took off work based on the automated response said by 2pm. Never came. Called support number no ownership from them at all. Now want be here til the 14th. Only reason I have not cancelled is the price im am getting the washer/dryer for.

One Person in your store made it A LOT Better than normal. His name is TJ. I was looking to make a major purchase of 2 large items and I need a large flat cart. When I say this young man went beyond his job of just finding me the cart. He also help me and my sister, load the items on the cart, go through check out and then help us loaded it on the back of our truck, securely. He stated for the entire Home Depot buy to make sure we got exactly what we needed and on our merry way! TJ is the reason for my next visit to your store!

Unlike other hardware stores I can always find the help I need without spending all day searching for someone. Even when I have completely random projects I'm working on I can almost always find the answers or guidance I need from the employees here. Love this store!

I am from Swansboro NC, I came to Wilmington to help my daughter with her new house......we went to this Home Depot and got the best one on one help, actual live, interested help. Products are products, the value added by the employees made up for any price savings shopping elsewhere, but please know, the costs and service was still lower at Home Depot......we need one in Swansboro.

I went to the Home Depot store to get paint and they matched what I needed and also gave me the discount that I thought was still available but I had missed it! That's true customer service!

Employees availability

Store is always cluttered and employees always act like what they are doing is more important than helping you. There is an overall arrogance to the employees, it is very difficult to get someone to help you. Usually never more than one cashier open and the customer service desk seems unwilling to help you check out when it is busy.

Very prompt in installing my hot water tank but charged $250.00 more due to a difficult access

The workers at Home Depot are aways friendly & ready to help me when I ask, different from other stores that have me looking all over the store for things myself.

Always professional staff, and helpful with my questions.

I find this store to be well organized and well stocked so I can usually find what I want to buy. There are typically plenty of employees available to provide help when needed.
