I was able to find the product I needed, but,no one was available to help me pull it out of the shelf and load it on my cart. That I had to do own my own. I purchased a large lighting fixture, it barely fit on mycart. I had a good experience while checking out, Employee was very friendly.

Would be great if the sales clerks could agree with each other, and know their products. Future purchases will be limited to garden selections.

I was promptly greeted when I walked in looking a little lost. Staff helped me find what I was looking for quickly. Cashier took time to explore the HD CC with me as my purchase was over $600. I appreciated her patience and the discount!

The store was clean, the employees are really helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store.

Well staffed and knowledgeable

The Myrtle Grove location in Wilmington, NC is usually in excellent condition and it's shelves are well stocked and arranged. More importantly, the venue is clean and uncluttered. On occasion, I will find items for sale without a price. That is probably my biggest complaint about most brick-and-mortar stores. How much more effort is necessary to make certain that a price is provided at the same time the items are stocked or restocked? In most cases I will pass on any item that is not priced even it's the very thing I came to the store to purchase. A couple of items, this last time, some items were NOT priced and I left the store without those items...

Home depot had nice displays outside the doors. The store was easy to maneuver. The aisles were clutter free and clean. Checking out was somewhat fast and easy.

Waited for an employee to come bu isle for assistance and not a one in site. Walked half the store not one in site. Called the front desk for someone to help, not a one showed up. Went to the registers only self serve open. Asked for a manger not a one called or showed up. No associate had any idea where the managers were at. POOR SERVICE! POOR MANAGEMENT!

Ann in appliances in very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! She helped us make the best decision. I highly recommend her for an appliance needs!

Several times when walking through this store the employees woud ask "can I help you find anything" In this day and age....that's not really comment. It is very appriciated when employees recognize you as a person and not just as a person passing through the store. I notice their is always someone especially in the garden center that ALWAYS ask..."can I help you bring your items to you car ? Kado Kado....tony

Such a pleasure to shop there. Plenty of supplies, nice employees, AND...local to my residence in Carolina Beach.

Generally more receptive to help than Lowe’s across the street but occasionally seem understaffed with exception of cashiers and paint department. This is a solid store though overall and I love customer service and staff in general.

EMPLOYEES VERY HELPFUL IN THE LUMBER AND PAINT DEPARTMENT, AS THAT IS WHERE I WAS SHOPPING. THE PAINT LADY WAS ESPECIALLY KIND WHEN I RETURNED THE PAINT TO HAVE THE COLOR LIGHTENED.
