Yesterday, 11/13/23, I tried to park in handicapped spots that are usually available. To my disbelief, both parking spots were intentionally blocked with store merchandise.

Been building an outdoor kitchen and we've found nearly everything at the HomeDepot. The staff and customer service is above average. They normally have everything I needed and helped to find stuff I couldn't locate. Checkout process was great and the cashier Jesus Armando was a good kid.

Always an employee asking how they can help, with a friendly smile. Know their department

The nursery staff were extremely helpful! I had a full cart of flowers and needed bags of soil. The staff made it easy to get the soil purchased and loaded in my car from parking lot supplies. Such a pleasant shopping experience!

MICHELE AND KENDRA WERE GREAT. THE WORKSHOP WAS READY RIGHT AT 9AM WHEN IT BEGAN. GOOD PROJECT, AND BEST OF ALL FREE.

When had some cuts made and didn't have to wait long. Young man was polite and new whatbhe was doing. Upon checkout i was greeted with a friendly smile by two checkers that made my visit very pleasurable.

I don't always write reviews for big box stores, but the folks at this home depot are always happy to help, and just pleasant people

HD at the north end of Carson City is by far the best DIY store in town. Effective, friendly and great selection on products.

I bought windows from HD and Milgard the manufacture made the wrong door. Installers installed it upside down. AND Home Depot is a house full of jerks!

I bought a drill because my old drill caught fire. When I walked in I noticed a girl was busy and I asked for assistance she dropped everything to attend to my needs she was very polite and helped me to find a drill I needed she was very educated and customer service was excellent she helped answer all questions I had and made sure I was taken care of her name was Jillian at the market street store zip 89701 she was amazing and made the whole experience worth the extra miles I drove to the store I live by the tipsy store and am glad I drove the distance she definitely deserves recognition or a raise I’m very pleased with my experience there this will forever be my go to store for any of my business needs

Kids workshop is one of the best Michele and Kendall are great. How they do it while working with 170+ kids in a 3 hr period is in incredible

We have used the Carson City, NV Home Depot since they opened years ago. We've purchased flooring, front door, and many other items. Staff are always very helpful, friendly, and professional

This is a fantastic store they have just about everything, and they are very helpful and considerate of their customers here.

Jason came out of the store and asked me If I needed help loading my trailer which I did he was very helpful and took the initiative to ask me if I needed help without being Prompted

We have bought wood from the Home Depot at the north Carson location. Nate has been especially helpful. He has helped us load on numerous occasions. Thanks Nate from 2 seniors!

I had ordered bare root peach trees which were received on time and in good shape.

We travel further to this store because of Tod in Millworks/Windows who goes above and beyond to help customers. I can also say that every employee we have encountered has been very pleasant and helpful.

Nate and Jason showed respect and caring to two older retired people

Every time I come in there, I’m always amazed at how patient, friendly, and helpful your staff is. Many of your staff have been there for years and years, working into their late 70s even! They all have several badges on their aprons and are proud of their job and their company.

I purchased pavers at the store and Bill was great at getting me what I needed. The cashier Kelly was super in checking out too.

All the employees are extreamly nice and help seemed like they where around more places.. Not like other homedepots i have been to.
