The employees make this store, Pro Desk and Paint are the best.

Even though with the covid-19 pandemic Store has open up their doors for people to get whatever it is that we need to keep our Normal lives going. Convinient hours, clean store and plenty of people to help in case I need it.

I just went to Home Depot . Apparently it is store policy not to include the military discount for lumber and lumber associated products. Customer service was nonexistent there were several young people standing around chatting with each other. When we requested assistance we got mumbling and pointing in a general direction. We needed help loading and unloading but we got no help. Lowe’s gets all my business from today forward.

Store never has enough help in Pro Desk or it closed when I go in to buy material due to lack of employees !! Bad service as well no one wants to help you or they do not even want to try ? They just walk away do not ask if you need help at all? Bad store service things need to change . Starting with the management and down to the staff.

I remember when this store #3309 first opened. I thought this will not last long to slow. Big difference now. Busy, Busy, Busy!. This store rocks no issues here at all. Greeted when you enter and leave, help whern you need it, always return here to #3309. Haa haa.

Excellent customer service

I had a lumber order scheduled for Saturday 8/15/2020 it did't show up and they rescheduled it for Tuesday 8/18/2020 without even calling me . The reason it didn't get delivered in Dayton, Nv was because someone called in sick and they didn't bother to call me. There was a alternate number too and they didn't call that number either. I had people all ready for the deck installation . What a shame with the lack of respect for their customers, I won't go back to a home depot when there are more options with more respect.

greeted by salesman Mike at garden center. I’m creating 800 sf Area at the turn up our driveway-there’s no light. Boulders were dropped off early today & I had to prep area in a hurry. I’m disabled, husband recovering from back surgery. Mike was so polite listening to my needs of “the easiest land cover to use, solar lighting for this dark area, Edging.he knew I needed extra spikes for the cover. Mike calculated how much I needed for everything. He helped me load the car too! Very helpful & kind

Store 3309 in Carson City seems to have the nicest, most helpful employees in our town.

THIS STORE SMASHES THE SOUTH CARSON STORE IN EVERY WAY! CLEAN, FRIENDLY WELL LAID OUT. EVERYONE AT THE OTHER STORE JUST LOOK MAD! ASK THEM A QUESTION AND IT SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE INTERRUPTING THEIR LATEST DAYDREAM!

Tod in flooring is wonderful. He is dedicated to helping you find the product you need. He spent huge amount of time and effort to try to locate the item we needed and when he couldn't find it, he offered another solution which we accepted. Way to go Tod! Thank You!

Greta assisted in helping us to find what we needed, she was friendly and knowledgeable. Cashier Marie is also very friendly and efficient, we always look for her when it is time to pay. She remembers us and our dog by name, we will even go to "Self-Serve" if she is there. We bought tomato plants and lavender from her once, and she remembers and asks for updates. The other cashiers are also nice, but Marie is like a trusted friend to us. That's what makes this Home Depot special, the people.

Employees are rude and unhelpful, store is a mess and shelves are not stocked, save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

This Home Depot has been consistent in offering the best goods for the best prices. Their customer service is exceptional and I always find my project needs. During Covid, the safety precautions were set and enforced, leaving me with peace of mind to shop the entire store and garden center. Their customer care and service were wonderful. The staff are "happy" and "generous" with their time to help. If their not asking you, you can hear them asking others if they need help. Try finding that elsewhere.

When asking for help, Shelly came out of the office area and walked to the appliance area with me and helped my husband and I order a new over the counter microwave oven to be installed next week and we purchased a countertop one to be used temporarily and then for our son for college! Shelly could not have been nicer or kinder to us and helping us with your purchases! Shelly deserves special kudos and is an amazing employee! Please give her a raise, she deserves it! :-)

Super convenient, friendly people happy to help

I purchased flooring for out kitchen and had it installed by Home Depot and Rominoff construction. The job was done very well and the floor looks great. Home Depot estimators ordered a little too much material for the job, but the store took it back and refunded my expense.

Home Depot in N Carson City is my go-to home improvement store. I live in Fallon and believe the drive is time well spent because I am able to purchase from a large selection of quality products that are reasonably priced. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help with questions, finding products and help lifting products on the cart. They also are knowledgeable enough to know when your cart selection if not appropriate for the items your are purchasing. Without hesitation, I recommend #3309 Carson City to all people working on home improvement projects.

Super easy to shop in store after looking at home depot.com. Favorite adult store :) I have purchased all my home appliances from here and all with amazing prices. I will continue to come back.

Pro desk always exceeds expectations, Charmaine, Amanda and Morgan are what its all about, we cam buy material elsewhere, but never get the service that we get from these three.

I have always had excellent help from the employees at the Carson City Home Depot Store. Today I needed help with finding a replacement fluorescent light bulb and the store employee spent some time with me explaining the different type of bulbs and the various options I had. The ones we selected were the same color temperature as the ones I have installed so that there will not be any difference noted when they are installed.

Had good experience, everyone was friendly and helpful.

These guys are amazing! I walked in, asked where to get keys made, got an answer and lo and behold, the person that could make keys came to help me within 10 seconds. This was thanks to the cashier calling and him responding but who does that?!!! I've never had that kind of service from a home improvement store. Good job guys!
