Store was Clean & well stocked. The employees were friendly & were so helpful when I couldn't find something one took me right over to where it was. I will definitely shop here whenever I need anything else.

This young girl "Makaylyn" made my shopping experience PERFECT! I was tired and she assisted me throughout my check out process. She made sure I was totally satisfied with everything. She needs to receive a raise and be made an example of.

If I wanted to be a cashier and check out my items, or stand in line for an hour while everyone else checks out their own stuff, I'd get a job there. At least I'd get paid to waste my day

The store was neat and clean. Products are easy to find and store employees were professional, helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer sevice this week when I purchased and air conditioner during our recent heat wave! Salesperson very helpful and so was person at the self serve register. Found someone to c.arry a/c out to car for me. thank you

Overall the store operates well. In past trips to the store, it was difficult to find someone to help me find something. This store always seems understaffed. Also I plan on building onto my house with an extra room, but lumber prices are ridiculous. Prices need to come down and I need to win the $5000 to start that room.

Thank you Jake for your help in the Garden Center. He came up to me and asked if he could help me with the rolls of fencing I was purchasing. He picked out the best rolls of fence and loaded it onto my cart for me. Thanks Jake!

oh yes the store was great and very very clean Everyone of the customers was smiling and cheerful ! I love this store ! Good place to find almost anything...and good no very good prices!!!

Service we received through Home Depot from ProReferral for installing grab bars we purchased there was great. The installation service done by Ricardo Huerta of Angels Janitorial was great. Strongly recommend that they keep referring his services.

Another store had been my store of choice for many years, but now that store almost never has any check stands open, and the self-check line is very busy, so my enthusiasm for that store is fading. I usually have a much more favorable check-out experience at Home Depot. While that other store had been my favorite, Home Depot is now becoming my store of choice.

The cashier was excellent. I was unable to find any employee on the store to assist me in locating what I was looking for.

I have been going to this Home Depot over 5 years now. I can always find what I need. All of the employees are really helpful!

Employees always polite and helpful. On my latest visit an employee went over and beyond to help me even though he was on his way to break. This is my favorite Home Depot store! What I am looking for is usually in stock.

This store does not enforce face mask policies, allow customers in store at the risk of those who have compromised immune systems. Clearly it is profit and bonuses take priority over public safety. Virus variants are becoming worse and more deadly. An immunization does not stop you from catching or spreading the virus it only reduces the severity. Several customers wearing face shield no mask. Even more wearing mask below nose or chin. remodeled home thru this store not coming back it was that bad.

We use this store because it is convenient for us. There are some excellent employees,but also some flakes. Which makes for some great ,but also some bad experiences,

Most of the stores are good. But Carson City actually listen and respond with functional fixes. Though times but this staff at this store makes this opportunity to survive possible and fun. Just great staff. Omg nothing works and the system is crazy but just ask a HomeDepot employees and it all possible. Please reward these employees at Home Depot. They help people. They make a difference. And really I am messing something every job, and the Home Depot staff holds strong. Just evolution in home management my parents needed I get to experience. Thank you for realizing it’s your staff. Thank you for being a good leader in America!
