I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Robinson, N. Fayette. I can always find a store associate who is willing to help and if they can't assist me they find someone who can. They are knowledgeable about the layout of the store, products, and easily direct me to where I need to be. The store is always neat and clean making it easy to select from multiple options. The cashier staff is pleasant and I never leave the store feeling frustrated like some other store experiences. The management team is helpful to staff and it is obvious that the staff work together as a team to make the customer experience a positive one. They take pride in their positions and the store and make customers feel important.

I came in recently just to get 1 cap nut. I was in recovery for a broken ankle and walking with a cane. Kathy saw me immediately, asked how she could help and offered me a seat. She then engaged Sylvia from Hardware to get the cap nut for me so I didn't have to walk the store. After Sylvia got the capnut Kathy was kind enough to ring it up for me so I could stay seated. This level of service is above and beyond anything I have experienced and I am very appreciative!

Have everything you need here and a lot of tools to rent! Great experience and friendly employees.

Well staffed, clean and great service

Store is always well organized, all employees that I talked to are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Generally the products I need are in stock, if not they are available by web order for pickup in a few days. Definitely one of my favorite home improvement stores in the area.

The store I visited in Robinson Town Center was clean and well stocked. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I felt that I received a very good value for my money.

I would not recommend going to this home depot unless you have about an extra hour to wait in line. Customer Service is terrible!! We won't be back!

If you assistance in flooring, Jeff W. is the one to ask for. He was very patient and knowledgeable in helping us with our home improvement challenge.

The many associates on the floor were very helpful in knowing exactly where the items were located that I was searching for and even took me directly to them. Associates in electrical and bath departments were very friendly and knowledgeable which made my recent trip quick and efficient.

I searched for an employee for several minutes before I flagged a gentleman down. He seem to be of some importance in the appliance department. He was glad to help me I pointed to the exact machine that I wanted. We sat down he put my order through even though he seem to be rushing through the process. Lo and behold I waited a week for my machine and it was the wrong color. Now I need to wait another week for the correct color. I said forget it I’ll go somewhere else.
