The Crew and Managers are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

One register open in the whole store More than 20 plus customers waiting in line. The customer had to ask to open more registers, even though there were multiple employees aware of the line but did nothing

The management and employees go above and beyond

Waited over an hour for someone to help load a pallet of blocks

I probably will shop here again as its the only close store for certain things. However no employees seem to want to help customers. Also, not having checkout employees or at least offering customers a discount for doing your job is irksome

Also love the great selection of indoor plants and appreciate the friendly employees!

Employees are always helpful and respectful. I enjoy coming to the store! Fernanda is a rockstar when it comes to the Prodesk department!

I needed some guidance and help in the paint department two days in a row, and, despite being totally swamped with other customers/special orders, Ari was super kind and helpful, and was just really pleasant to chat with. The world would benefit from more hardworking, dedicated employees like Ari!!

Found everything I needed in the packing aisle. Was nervous about scanning all my items at checkout but thankfully there was a friendly employee named Blake that was there to help me check out!

We went in to grab a few items for our DIY project. Robb was so helpful in getting an item for us off the top shelf. Took the time to ask how the day was and had a smile on his face the entire time. Zach helped us at the register and was very positive, polite, and helpful. Highly recommend this Home Depot for the excellent customer service!

Only local store with a functioning pipe threader, and Mario is the guy to do the work. Saved me hundreds of dollars.

Wonderful, helpful service, polite despite the near-to-closing time I arrived. I was in and out with the weird assortment of things needed for the next day’s project in under 1/2 hour!

I had an ongoing problem with attempts to complete/receive a large order online. I needed some of my items immediately, so came to my nearby store to speak with a customer service person. She (Jenn) was extremely helpful and pleasant in addressing my questions and concerns. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 IN ADDITION, there were a few times during my in-store visit that various employees asked if they could assist. AMAZING! That has NEVER been my experience at “other” large home improvement chain stores! THANK YOU! 🤩

Disappointed that your employees are not on time was told electrical department person is not there until 7:00 am it was 4 minutes after so they are LATE! Need to hold them accountable & be on time & ready to work should be there earlier contractors and builders start early especially in the summer time it get's hot.

Shop there all the time. Never had any problems.

Whenever I need help locating something in the store, I ask a passing employee and I am always happy that they stop what they're doing and take me to the correct aisle.

I purchased a lawn mower today and the manager, Tim Baker, helped me complete the order online and honored a 10% off the item! Great customer service!

This store was full of very nice staff. Blake was an especially helpful and kind person in the Nursery at check out. I have never felt more comfortable shopping at a Home Depot. Thanks all and Blake!

I came in with something I needed to return yesterday. My wallet was stolen recently on a trip and I didn’t have the receipt or card it was purchased on. I knew it would be a VERY long shot but Jeff went above and beyond to help me out. He was friendly, talkative, and incredibly helpful. He didn’t give up when I couldn’t provide all the needed items for the return, but instead called over Tim Baker who was also amazing. The two of them made what could have a very annoying experience actually fun. I mean, how fun is returning something you think is just a lost cause? They made it fun though. I will forever be a Home Depot customer at the Fort Collins location near old town. I’ve never had a better experience. Give those guys a raise ! They go above and beyond.
