Roger and the rest of the staff that I interacted with last night treated me extremely well. They were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will continue to give them my business. I found what I was looking for and them some.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Drive the extra mile to the South Fort Collins Home Depot (1512). They give excellent customer service and they are extremely helpful, friendly and attentive!!

I’m not the person to complain or review (good or bad) but James, Abby, and Jared at this store are amazing. No one ever asks if I need help here but tonight, James came out of his way to ask me and then proceeded to ask 2 others if they needed help. As I went up front Abby came running and helped scan my things at self checkout! As I asked for a manager to give these two credit, Jared came running to help, and show me the survey on the receipt!! If you go here, you can definitely depend on these 3 for the nicest experience ever!! They are amazing!

lf you have one of the new Happy non-traditional gift cards, BEWARE.. . . Do not count on being able to use your Happy gift card at this store. The head cashier said that their payment system had NO way to manually enter the Happy gift card into their payment system to authorize payment for your purchase.

The staff at this store is cheerful and helpful. Mike in plumbing was very helpful to me in figuring out my irrigation project. Zack helped me find just the fittings I needed to complete my project. Debra was super helpful and helped me sign up for a commercial account for all the handyman projects that I am doing.

This store has always been clean since we have been shopping there. The employees were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. While there were several associates that were helpful I didn't get their names (sorry), but Roger, Erin and Kevin were very friendly in helping us and loading the grill into the truck. Good employees that are respectful, friendly and helpful mirrors a good manager.

Some (probably 75%) of the employees were either not wearing their masks when I approached them, or wearing them under their noses. If ANYONE’S mask is under their nose, they might as well not have one!!!!!

The employees were, for the most part, friendly and helpful. The lumber/building materials employees were the exception. It was difficult to find someone to assist me at first, but when I was able to get some one they were friendly and helpful. The store itself was difficult to navigate. With all the products stacked in the aisles it was difficult to get through with a cart.

Home Depot on Magnolia in Fort Collins is awesome! Always friendly helpful staff, convenient location for my boyfriend and I (he is a jack of all trades and I help him with work!), always clean and covid conscious. Thanks Home Depot, you rock!

The cashier made sure I found everything I needed and he was very professional and friendly.

Know what you need before you go in because its pretty hard to find employees to actually help you. But, if you ever find yourself in a pinch and need help, find Victoria. Shes literally their all star. Went and had a terrible experience trying to purchase a grill, but she went above and beyond trying to pick up everyone elses slack (even when other employees whined about her helping us...).

Helpful, friendly staff! Had a bunch of questions about painting and painting supplies and the paint associate was great! The cashier who checked me out was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. A GREAT experience!

We have had multiple issues with paint we have purchased at this Home Depot. To begin, we purchased 15 gallons of the one-coat Behr MQI Paint, based on a paint sample that we liked in our home. We spent 12 hours and 3 gallons of paint on our master bedroom and bath, to discover this paint did not look at all like the same color (We bought a light gray paint and it came out light purple). We returned to the store that evening to try and have the paint colors adjusted and get the purple out. The changes did not make a big difference. The sales associate said they were unable to return the paint. At this point, we decided to cut our losses and buy pain that we wanted in our home, as we were paying painters to complete the job. On our next try, we started with 5 gallons of paint to ensure it was correct, and not waste any more money or time. The employees there for this trip did assist with a discount, but it did not measure up to the amount of time and money that were wasted with having to start over. The new paint was great so we returned to buy an additional 5 gallons. When we returned to the store we gave them the tag of the exact same correct pain that we needed to have made up. We brought the paint to the painters and headed back to work. When the painters went to use the new paint, they poured it into their supplies with the correct colors, but were shocked to find the colors did not match. This created a huge issue, as some of our correct paint was now the wrong shade due to the mistake. We brought the incorrect 5 gallons back to Home Depot and were able to get them replaced after an hour of discussing the issues. Shout out to Judy for fixing this issue for us with grace and professionalism. Five trips later, and we finally have the correct paint for our painters. At the end of the day, all of these mistakes have greatly impacted my family. I have had to take time off work to try and get these issues fixed, hire a babysitter to watch my son due to the issues happening over his nap time, spent hundreds of dollars on incorrect paint, spent money on paint supplies and time on the incorrect paint, stalled the hired painters due to the incorrect paint, lost money for the gas it took to drive back and forth many times, lost at least half a gallon due to the incorrect paint being mixed with our correct paint, and have spent many hours stressing out about this issue with the paint. I am greatly disappointed in Home Depot and they way this has been handled (EXCEPT FOR JUDY WHO IS AWESOME), and truly will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Always have had a good experience at this Home Depot. Product was generally always there. Staff were well informed also. I have purchased an entire home of window coverings, storm doors, electrical equipment. Competitive prices too!

Extremely unhelpful staff, more interested in playing on the computers than helping. In one area I asked for help and the Young Girl was absolutely Rude! Good selection ok prices but HORRIBLE Customer Service.
