Terrible service !I had to wait forever to get help from a representative in the appliances department! these guys need help! Plus..i ordered a refrigerator and it was too big for my apartment and i sent it back.and when it was time for a refund..they never gave me a refund!.i had to dispute the charge from my bank!i will never shop there again!

Katy in Appliances is very knowledgeable, very helpful and excellent at making sure you walk out of the store with the best possible deal.

I always find someone that is knowledgeable. This visit morning's visit was exceptional because of an employee named Isaiah. He went way above and beyond what I expected. I'm awaiting spine surgery due to a military injury and am in significant pain because I won't take narcotic pain killers. Isaiah very cheerfully and kindly loaded up my top soil, took the cart to the cashier and then took it outside and loaded it in my truck. I could say; "that is his job"....but...I didn't have to ask to roll the cart to the cashier or out to the truck. Isaiah simply saw my predicament and stepped in totally to help a guy in pain. I won't forget Isaiah or his kindness.

This specific store is convenient to where I live and frequent often. If HD doesn't have what you need or some comparable product, do you really need it. The selection is very good and the prices rival other similar stores in town. It's my go to store for my DIY needs.

This store is very clean, well stocked and organized. The employees go out of their way to assist , and are knowlegable about the products. I drive further to shop at this location because it is consistently well prepared for business in a safe & friendly environment.

The best little border and nail store you ever did see this side of Mississippi. And the other side of Mississippi. Although this is by far the most superior side of the Mississippi.

Had to buy a new range and Katy helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and was so knowledgeable that I didn't even shop someplace else. I am just waiting for the delivery and set up.

This is definitely the best big box home improvement store in Fort Collins area. The folks that work here are super helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Kris in ordering my cabinets - she was great! Definitely went above and beyond in making sure that I got the kitchen cabinet samples I needed on time so that my project was on schedule. It was maybe 72 hrs of time between the moment I picked up the samples to the time I placed the order for the cabinets, all because of Kris! I worked with Sara in getting the kitchen/laundry room appliances ordered, she was also super helpful. I had a complicated delivery schedule and had to use a different tax rate, she took the time to help me out and get everything ordered. I almost ordered all of them online and I'm glad that I went into the store to order them instead.

The Associate in the Appliance Dept was so helpful. I needed to purchase a washer for a rental. I identified the washer I wanted on Home Depot's online site, but needed assistance so called this store I alway shop at. The Associate in the Appliance Dept, put in my order by phone then got me the right hoses for the washer, applied my coupon and set up delivery and emailed my receipt, all in less than 10 minutes. I didn't even need to leave my couch to shop at my favorite Home Depot store. It just doesn't get any better than that!

Every time I go in this store I'm profiled as a thief. I can't shop comfortably and it's annoying already. The last time I visited, there was an explosion a short distance from me, and I wasn't even asked if I was okay. I assume again, because I am labeled as a thief, a nobody.

Store has good departments like paint. Have to wait at least 10 minutes if there is no one in another area to help you. I gave up after 2 different times no one showed.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The order online and pick up in store is a joke though. I have used it twice, the first time was okay, but I had to go and retrieve the items myself which defeated the purpose. This last time I arrived to find out they were out of stock on the items I ordered.

People were great but COVID blockades and stocking operations were disrupting. Store was a bit scattered and disorganized and there were no cashiers available only self checkout. Made it difficult to get a cart of material out the door.

During these Covid19 times, HD has it together, and staff is still very friendly and helpful. Thanks!!
