We found the appliance we needed quickly, it was on Sale & James Ford was very professional, assisting us in our purchase & warranty options.

I live on the northside of Jacksonville,fl and this HOMEDEPOT hasn't come short of everthing I have gone to shop for, from the superior customer service and cleanliness of the store, shelves are always stocked making it easy and assemble and employees are there willing and ready to help when needed without hesitation. Therefore why would I want or have to go anywhere else when I all need is right here!!

Staff didn't pull my order to fill. Hours later when inquiring on it I was advised the item was out of stock. I held for 22 minutes to speak to a Supervisor before being hung up on. The phone just rang when I called back. When I arrived the AM didn't offer a reason why the order wasn't worked and cancelled as out of stock. I asked multiple times for a cancellation. The full order was not cancelled so I had to call customer service to cancel the warranty and I'm now waiting for a refund.

Products were easy to find. No assistance required. Cashier was very friendly.

I like this convenient location. However at this time I am very upset with them. My household ages are 69, 83, and 93! They delivered to my house and left freezer outside. We had to get help from others to get inside. Didnt know it was marked for outside delivery. But i would have thought that meant they were delivering outside store!

The cashier Janiya was very nice and helpful.

We had to wait a long time to get help but once Ashaunte came over she helped us. The store seemed understaffed.

Purchased 20 bags of white marble rocks and wanted the store to just bring the pallet out to my trailer so I only had to load one time instead of twice. They told me "NO" so I got a refund and went to your competitor where I received great customer service. I will not shop at Home Depot anymore since they don't care about their customers.

This location is clean with generally well stocked shelves. Has a lot of knowledgeable employees that are very helpful with finding things, what is good and even how to do it.

Let me start by stating that this would have been rated a one with no recommendation to shop here if not for the actions of the Assistant Manager and head of the Gardening Department . I purchased a John Deere Z345M riding mower which was scheduled for delivery on 5/11/21. When it didn't arrive as scheduled. I called the store and after waiting over 30 rings for someone to pick up the phone then spent all but 2 or three minutes of a 35 minute call actually speaking to an associate. I was informed that the delivery was not coming from this store, it was coming from the Lane avenue store. The manager from Lane avenue (Vanessa?) called me and said they had to have somebody from the factory secure it to the truck and since that was not done the delivery would now be made on 5/14/21. This was done without my knowledge and nobody bothered to take the time to inform me of this. At this point I was angry but chose to wait and receive the mower on the 14th. I would also like to add that the Lem Turner store had 2 or 3 of these on display at the time of purchase, why it was being delivered from Lane Avenue I don't know. When speaking to Vanessa she said they didn't have any in stock which is why it wasn't delivered when originally promised. I told her I wanted the mower in my possession the next day, she said she would call the Lem Turner store to let them know. (I wasn't holding my breath), she never made an effort to solve the problem. Fast forward to May 14, The mower is delivered and the seat was dirty, The driver said the key is in the bag. I took the key out and it didn't fit. After waiting over half the day for the delivery, they sent it with the wrong key. The driver called the store and informed me that I could go to the store to pick up the key. I said 'Lane Ave?" and the driver said yes. I live 10 minutes from the Lem Turner store and because of the incompetence of the Lane avenue store they wanted me to drive over 25 minutes to pick up a key? No, not happening. I refused delivery and at this point was ready to go to the store and get a refund and buy the mower elsewhere. I even had done research and found the same mower for $100 less with the same financing. It meant having to drive to Phillips Ave but I was ok to that to send a message to Home Depot that this was not acceptable. After my letting my wife know what happened she took it upon herself to call the store. She spoke to Ashton the Assistant Manager who apologized for what had happened and said he would have one delivered to us that evening even if he had to deliver it himself. Two hours later the head of the garden department (Dustin?) delivered the mower, took his time explaining the features and how to drive it. (we never had a zero-turn mower so this was going to be a learning experience) It was only delivered with very little gas, only enough to get it started and to its storage but it was delivered. If not for the actions of Ashton and Dustin, not only would Home Depot lost the sale, they would have also lost my business. I don't know that I will ever purchase a big ticket item there again, but time will tell. The 3 star rating is more of a composite of the Lem Turner and Lane avenue. The management at Lane Ave is completely incompetent and will say what you want to hear and not take any action. I give them one star. if zero were a possibility it would be zero. Ashton saved the rating for his store. I would give them a 4 overall, if I didn't have to wait for someone to pick up the phone on Friday evening and wasn't on hold the majority of the call it would be higher.

Ginette in the garden center is awesome. Love her spirit. Hard worker and pleasant!!!

Store was clean and fully stocked

There is a HOME DEPOT closer to my home, (Store #6346 Lane Avenue Jacksonville FL location) THAT I WILL NOT SHOP. They have always been rude, items out of stock and when I have ordered online though the website says it is in stock they CANCEL my orders have done so 3x in the past 2 weeks. Once I ordered a did not pick up within three days, they called cancelling my order and told me I had to come in to get my refund, which I did. I LOVE the people at Lem Turner, Jacksonville FL 32218 Store #6351, they have always worked with me and we spend ALOT of money there as we flip houses.

James Ford in appliances is the associate to look for if you want a washer, dryer, or refrigerator. He provided me with the best customer service experience over the phone and inside the store. His outstanding product knowledge and patience won me over. If you need an appliance save yourself a lot of wasted time searching in other stores trying to find an associate, or an associate who knows the details about the products they are selling.

Generally when I go to this store, I’m never greeted. The service is always terrible. I’ve yet to have a great experience. The black girl that works in flooring is very rude. They don’t help. No one know anything about the product. There are no samples in the kitchen area for countertops. This store is terrible.

Ginette was our cashier she was lovely and very sweet. Our over all experience was pretty good just very expensive.

Freddie helped me from inside store until he put my item in my truck. Excellent service

This store is clean and all departments are well organized. You won’t have to wait long for someone to go above and beyond to help you and answer your questions. Whenever I have a project going or I’m dealing with a problem with the house or the yard, I head to THD. Even when I run into a problem I feel confident asking for help. As a senior citizen, the price is right, too!

Associate was helpful and took time to explain some differences in products.

I had a great experience at this location, Antoinette was the best part of my experience. There was an issue with my measurement quote but things turned around for the better quickly after she came on board. When I returned to the store a couple of days later, everything was fixed and ready for me to check out! Thank you for your exceptional customer service and expertise Antoinette, you truly took my experience from bad to fantastic!

We went here today to purchase a new washer/dryer set. There were no employees in the appliance department upon our arrival so we waited a little while before an employee passing through noticed us and called for assistance. We waited another 20 min or so before going to find another employee to call for help again as no one had come back. Another 20 min later and Sed had been walking through again and noticed us still waiting. At this point we were extremely frustrated waiting this long to speak to someone, and he understood completely. He did everything he could to make sure we got the help we needed. He called a manager for assistance as selling appliances wasn’t something he’s done before, but stuck around to learn how to process an appliance order so he could potentially help more customers in the future. We really appreciated his help today. Sedrick is truly a stellar employee who went above and beyond for us. Thank you to him!

Customer service desk is horrible! Lady rolled her eyes at me bc she did not know what I was talking about. Need training and manners

Anaya was really sweet when ringing me up. She shared just a short little story about her grandmother and plants since I had an actual cart full of little indoor plants. Even though she didn't seem to be into gardening, she still made a connection with me (the customer) and it made a positive impression on me. It's little interactions like that, that give you the edge over other competitors when product selection and prices are similar.
