If you are in need for paint do not visit this store. The associate in the paint area messed up my order for 1 gallon of paint 3 times and tried to tell the other associate in the paint area that we told her the incorrect information when she wrote the numbers for the paint down. She then left for break without mixing the correct color. 1 gallon of paint should not take 1 hour. I am extremely disappointed and mad!

PRODUCTS WERE EASY TO FIND. ASSOCIATES WERE EAGER TO HELP. CASHIER WAS VERY PLEASANT AND EVEN OFFERED TO HELP AT SELF-CHECK OUT KIOSK.

The cashier in particular Kecia treated us like we were robbing the store because we wanted to use our military discount. She grabbed my military ID and my Home Depot credit card and said she can’t see all the information. I said she doesn’t need to see my SS# just to get a $5.09 discount for this purchase. She was getting loud so my husband showed his ID which shows he’s a disabled Vet and after all the neck rolling and getting loud she gave us our military discount but not before treating us like thieves. We fought for rude people like this to have the freedom to treat veterans like garbage. Check the cameras on how she rolled her neck and was snatching IDs out of my hands.

I don't understand how item #735541701269 Everbrite Ultra BLK Motion LED solar @ $10.04 each on 3/2/20 could change in 4 days to $19.97 each on 3/6/20. The SAME exact item, at the SAME store (#12111) I have receipts to prove it. In 4 days the price for them almost doubled.

Very good customer service! Walked in got greeted by workers. Got help from worker , found out where the item I was looking for was. Got directed over there. They helped me look for it. And made sure I was getting the right thing. Very nice people. And the store was clean! One of the best customer service I had!

This is my primary home depot. I shop this store most of the time. Nice clean store. I found everything in a short time and was out quickly. Employees were friendly and helpful when needed.

Everyone was awesome except one manager. Maybe it was an off day, so we wont mention names. The store is super busy, so customer service is difficult. I am having trouble with the notion that after I dropped over $1200 in one day, they wanted to charge me for cutting some wood I purchased. My only other complaint would be the high volume of product displays down the center of the main walking path toward the front of the store. With large (14') long materials on carts, and the very high traffic, this was very inconvenient. At some point, there sheer magnitude of "Special Pricing" becomes meaningless when every single thing in the store makes that same promise. Eventually the words and bright colors just blend away to normalcy, and rather than suck me in with a great price and promotional graphics, all the center aisle products just become obstacles on my way out the door to a more organized environment.

The employees in this store went out of their way to help us find everything we needed and inspect our vanities before wrapping them back up and loading them on our truck. I highly recommend this location! I wish I lived closer because it is much cleaner and better service than my location.

This is a very friendly store. It has the quality of corporate but the feel of a hometown country store. I enjoy every visit. There are very knowledgeable and helpful employees here!
