Consistently finding products ringing up for more than the bin and sticker, whole bin in picture ringing up at register for over 22 dollars

I returned a zero turn rider that my brain just couldn’t handle and I had bought the extended warranty. Well the mower returned easy peezy but I’m 6 days out from the return and 3 visits back trying to get the warranty refunded. The cashiers have been amazing. My rating is only the return of the warranty, which puts this on corporate. We’re talking $385+ tax that I haven’t been able to get back. It should have been able to be refunded at the same time as the mower but it wouldn’t let the cashier refund it. So don’t buy it’s truely a nightmare trying to get my money back

terrible shopping experience. not one employee smiled or offered to help. after i paid for my stuff and began to leave two employees just looked up and stared like i was dumb for trying to exit out the wrong door (the door i parked closest to) then accused me of stealing causing a plain clothed individual to follow me all the way to my car and demand i produce a receipt for him. all the while these employees just stand there mouths wide open watching it happen. on top of that while i shopped no one asked if i needed help, or even bothered to smile. i’ve been an avid home depot shopper but after that i’d rather shop at ANY other store but home depot.

Went for a griddle late at night. They were out of stock however Trenton made sure I was able to get exactly what I needed. The employees at this store are always willing to help and go above and beyond!

Ordered a range. The salesperson was knowledgeable. Answered our questions. Explained the process of delivery, what was needed to insure a smooth delivery and installation. Included the pricing.

Easter is coming and I need a Cooking Range because my oven quit working and I do have to bake for all my Family coming Easter. Jasemine was extra helpful with making sure we were taken care of and even escorted us to the right place to go and showed us the Ranges they offered. The one I wanted was not going to arrive before Easter and she helped me find other places to find my Stove. Instilled our confidence in our Young Adults that still have manners and Respect for Elders as well. I told her we entertain Angels unaware in the most unusual places and times when we least expect.

It's a bit confusing the first time you exchange a propane tank. I finally asked an employee for help and he seemed glad to assist me. The glare of the sun on the kiosk outside made it difficult to enter the required numbers.

This month I placed a order for supplies that I needed company for my Branch. This store has always had the items needed to help me with needs for what my company needs.

Bryan in lumber was a great deal of help and I am very thankful to him.

Bought a refrigerator, hasn’t been delivered yet, but received excellent customer service!

This store has sales people trying to push water test kits as a way to sell filtration kits.

If you're lucky enough to be there when Amanda C. is working then you won't have a complaint about anything and you'll leave there feeling better than you did when you walked in

Great service and a good selection of products on display. My family and I bought a new refrigerator and received great service in-store and from the delivery crew a few days later. I would recommend shopping at this location highly.

Need to revisit way parking is designed for canopy pickups.

the flooring guy was spot on. explained the product and the Cashier was also awesome. I strongly recommend this store.

They store was clean & organized. Everyone was pleasant & patience. Even better we found what we were looking for.

Bought a tool box today and Sherri in Hardware and Tim the cashier went above and beyond to help us. She even took it apart so we could get it in the truck and got 4 employee's to help lift it into the truck for us. Wish they could've come home with us to help unload it too. Got a GREAT DEAL today too!!!!

Would give Stephen 10 stars if I could. We have purchased a washer and dryer from him a few months back and just purchased a stove refrigerator and dishwasher today. He’s always be extremely helpful and informative on and questions we had made our purchases a breeze! Will always come back and deal with him!!

We didn’t buy anything out of the ordinary except for a door lock and handle pack. We were pleased to find a matching handle to the ones we bought a couple years ago.

I shop here regularly. I’d like to give a shout out to Evelynn and Katie at customer services, Danielle n cabinets, Sheri in tools/hardware and Kathy and Megan in paint department. They all know what there doing and always work hard to keep the customer happy

We visit this store daily. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. Danielle in cabinets has always been very helpful. Customer service is always great when we return things. The lady in tools works her butt off keeping things organized and stocked.

The store did not honor veterans discount.

Great Experience at the Pro Desk today! Professional, knowgable, patient, staff. Also, got the best price in town for my shingles!
