Keep up the great work

Every thing at this store is generally in stock and most of the employees are helpful the products are worth what they cost. One thing they need to work on is getting more employees on the floor around the paint and tools sections in the afternoons because it is always hard to get someone around there when you need them.

Online order not ready and service was poor. It took an hour to get my trailer loaded and packing tape was not even available to tape my box closed. Little help loading my big order.

It is a very good store. It is neat, clean and well organized. I enjoy shopping there.

Easy to find products and friendly service

Great store with great employees. I needed help pulling and loading some heavy items and the employees jumped right in with a positive attitude and made the process fast and easy. They loaded everything into my car and left me feeling as though I had made some friends. It was a great experience.

Can't beat this store for service, help, and supply. Pretty good deals too. Someone was right there when I was looking for something so I was in and out pretty quickly but I did get more than I went in there for (employee recommendation that is going to save me a ton of time)

At this time of year, transitioning between seasons, I was impressed how the staff members have kept the store clear and organized. I found everything I wanted using the Home Depot app, and everything was exactly where it was supposed to be. The checkout was prompt, friendly and efficient.

This store says that you need to wear a mask but they do not enforce it. Very much a problem !!!!!

Lack's COVID-19 enforcement. Dangerous if you are staying safe. Threats by Mexican/American's if you follow the rules.

This Home Depot is EXCELLENT!!! The associates are friendly and helpful, they are wearing their masks, practicing social distancing when possible, and sanitizing...... I'm an "at higher risk" person and feel comfortable that this location is doing everything it can to make sure I'm safe.

The employees here never disappoint!! My husband and I have visited other nearby home improvement stores but was never able to find an employee to help us. The Home Depot, actually has employees that offer assistance and excellent customer service! Good job folks!!! Thank you.

Mr. Cheatham was a great salesman, efficient and deserves a number five star rating. I did purchase other items while there. I was disappointed to not find two items which I had hoped to purchase. One item was coconut fiber blocks which replace peat moss in amending soil. The other is hand held rechargeable battery operated pruning shears or scissors . There are a number of us, I am 74, who want to continue being as independent as possible and the way we could do that is to be able to continue doing the things we have been doing but with more helpful tools, especially, handheld tools. Thank you for your time, consideration and thought -fulness.

You can just about bet someone will come up to you and ask if they can help you. I like that.

Old fashioned customer service especially with Management!! If you ever have a problem with a purchase at this store call and ask for a manager... It solved mine! .

all the employees are helpful and friendly and will walk you to the section u need to find your item! if u have no clue where to look..the 2 men in Appliance Bryan K and Stephen C are awesome n know their products well!! this store is close to home and has everything I need. The garden center is great and always clean as is the inside store too. if u have any issues the managers are very helpful in solving them too!!

Friendly people, and we especially love the Kid's Workshops. If you haven't brought your kids to one of these, I recommend it.
