The Customer Service on this store is an example what goes wrong when sales cashier treats a senior customer with disrespect and total disregard of the most basic norms of kindness, the Sale Cashier that took care of me today should be working at the back of the store. This is so far the worst customer services experience I've ever had.

I've been to many HomeDepots with mostly positive impressions. This one was better because of the advice I got. Not unusual was the absence of help in the store. By happenstance I wandered into the tool rental department. I got advice not just on what to buy but also on how to do it. And best yet, it was good advice.

You can generally find what you need in the store Other than the shelves being a bit messy, I guess it's time for the employees to keep up with unruly patrons.

never an issue when I use this store

I purchased a dryer which I was told would be delivered and installed. Neither of the two happened i had to have someone pick it up for me days later after finding someone with a truck as I am a single mother. I then had to wait since the person I had to pick it up with didn't know how to install a dryer. Once installed with the dryer cord by someone who handles appliances and we let it run for 1.5 minutes the fryer began smoking. I immediately unplugged it. The smoking came from the top of the dryer and the dryer was scolding hot could cause burns from the outside. I tried calling that night to speak with an associate no answer then tried again this morning and I'm being given the run around and told to call warranty. I just purchased this I do not want to keep a smoking dryer. I want a replacement or full refund. This is the worst experience and service ever. The only thing nice about the experience was one associate who tried to help me over the phone.

Although I found everything I was looking for, that didn't stop us from having one of our worse experience. No greetings, no sense of caring. The gentleman cutting our artificial grass cut it shorter both twice. I only found out when I reach home and installing it. Upon my return to the store, the manager Theresa was even nastier than the employee. I wish they train their employees along with manager to show customers some appreciation and respect.

Needs to open more checkout lanes you're putting us in more danger of COVID doing your one lane into 4 self-checkout lanes. I am normally in this store 2 times a week as it's the closes store and for the most part the self-checkout lanes are the only ones open and the line is 20 people deep and runs down an isle so now we have to stand next to people that are looking for stuff on the shelving. HomeDepot you are better than this, Please fix this.

Location is great and everything I need I can always find it there . Well stocked. And knowledgeable employees .

The employees were helpful, thoughtful, and friendly during my kitchen sink repair expedition. Malik was able to quickly and accurately direct me to all four aisles for the plumbing hoses, the kitchen faucet, the tile grout, and the garbage disposal I needed. Another employee noticed I was struggling to find the correct hose while she was stocking shelves and proactively came over showing me the needed hoses. While finishing my shopping I noticed other employees being helpful with their customers as well. Items were correctly stocked in all my shopping areas. The experience improved an otherwise difficult night fixing a sink.

Scottie and Vic were both huge helps with locating, hauling up to register and loading Into my SUV my Bags of Rubber Mulch and weed blocker. Could not have bought it without them. Thank you. Chris Tomkin
