There are very many people that will help you there. Even though sometimes the stock is not always good. I will blame it on the Covid.

At the return desk Juleidys needs to be recognized for her extremely helpful and kind nature. There needs to be more people like her in this world. I wish her a great life and prosperity.

I live between three Home Depot ‘s, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, in North Lauderdale. All of them are about the same distance away. I always go to the north Lauderdale store because the Employees are always the most helpful and friendly out of the three stores. Today I was ignored by one of the employees working the carpet section, a younger man. I had to go to the front of the store to ask for help, they called for help and I received none. Almost 45 minutes had passed with no help. I was a little disheartened, until as usual with the store somebody saw I was waiting there too long, Andre, who did not work in the carpet department, went out of his way and provided me exceptional service. He turned my bad experience, into a fantastic experience. Andrea should be teaching the younger or new employees how to treat their customers.

This store it's self was fine but customer service was REALLY lacking.

The associate in kitchen/bath behind the desk is indifferent, lacks customer service and is rude, saying she's an "installer" and can't help me. This is not my first experience with her. Today she saw me, scowled and literally turned her back on me at her desk while on her cell phone.

I recently had to replace my hot water heater so I went to my neighborhood Home Depot. I was relieved and happy to see that they were very well stocked in the particular item I needed. We were able to get an associate to help us right away. The cashier was very professional and helpful. It’s nice to know that we can count on our neighborhood Home Depot!

The associates say hello and are happy to help you, they even ask you when you're not even looking for help to make sure that you're getting everything you need.

Horrible service. Do not order online and expect to pick it up.

I never do reviews, but I felt the need to make it know that my recent experience at the store was really exceptional. I was assisted by Lex who's level of customer service is to be commended. He even provided after sale service just to make sure that I was okay with my recent purchase. Great job Lex.

Great store with awesome employees!! Stephanie, Maureen, Edison and all the women at the return center. I was there from 5pm -7pm, sept 7, 2020.

I watched an individual be provided a return with no receipt as I was denied return WITH my receipt. After purchasing this air sprayer on 08/29/20, after a couple attempts at using it, it is clearly defective. It was not spraying as advertised. I went in to return the product on 09/05/20 to the exact same store in which I purchased the product and they refused to return the defective item because they couldn't "resell it" well, its defective. I would hope you wouldn't try to resell it. Very unacceptable. Why does your company claim to have a return policy when this is the way your employees are going to behave. This needs to be corrected. I need to get my money back

Home depot is a great store. People visit this store from all walks of life. The workers are excellent the workers and knowledgeable. Each department has skilled personels who are able to find something to help you out, and show you how to use it. Some trade men. got their knowledge right there , After visiting a few times. the buyer learns how to- do- it -your- self. I had never found a lazy one.Its not like some place where the workers hide because they dont want to help. Home depot is good place to shop that's why I stuck to them for 20 years. I can even change the Locks on my door. Its a good place to shop so keep it up guys !!!!!

The store was looking nice. Employees were very helpful.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. When I asked for help the employee said 'Not now'. I would never shop at this location again.

Rude cashier. Ignored my questions. I had to ask about warranties on my purchase then when I purchased it I had to ask what to do with the receipt as it said nothing about my warranty.

Great shopping experience today. Andre was extremely patient and helpful with great recommendations

Friendly employee

I waited 35 minutes in the lumber isle needing help before I received it. At checkout associate Belkis was so rude. I've shopped at this store since it first opened. I will never go back I would rather drive to a further Home Depot. I would never come back to this store. STAY AWAY!!!!

Store is clean

Store was extremely busy but I got what I needed for a emergency job at my home, had a broken water line and had to repair or go without water, so glad home depot is really close to home and they had the parts and materials I needed to repair, saved a lot of money by doing it myself and didn't have to call a plumber or it would have cost a lot due to it being on Sunday, thank's home depot, you guys are the best
