Zareth at the Returns in Customer Service was very helpful and knowledgeable. In informing me since I thought I had my receipt in my wallet but I had taken inside with my others. She informed me that she can still look up the item that I had purchased. If I had used a debt card. I wasn’t sure if I paid cash but she certainly helped me from having to go all the way back home to grab the receipt. Thank You Very Much with providing me Excellent Customer Service Zareth!

With the removal of check out lanes in this store, customers are very upset that the corporation has chosen the profit margin versus customer service.

Nicole helped make sure I had the right product and at the right price for my project. She also made sure that someone helped me tie the product there with my vehicle. I'll be coming back here for future projects.

Storm employees and customer service are really helpful but if you have an issue ask for the manager not the asdistant he is very rude and unprofessional at the same time.

I was looking for an item that recently went out of stock, when I called the store I was lucky enough to get Steve from lawn and garden who helped me out and when I went into the store he went above and beyond to help me out. Diane, the lawn and garden cashier was awesome too. I had my therapy dog with me and she was so sweet to him! They were so accommodating and friendly that I left the store in a great mood and ready for holiday cheer!!

After finding a soaking wet carpet the night before, I went to Home Depot for a replacement, and the process was quick, smooth and efficient, from the time I first talked to the store employee to the goodbye as the technician left my home having installed the new one.

Elaine, in the window/blinds area, was very professional and friendly. The items we needed were not in-stock so she took the time to place the order online for us instead of telling us to do it ourselves - WOW, she is an example of how customer service should be!

William assisted me in purchasing 3 doors after several trips to the stores. On the same visit Brooklyn in paints helpful and knowledgeable! She explained the difference in paints

In this day and age, it is sometimes hard to get good customer service. The staff and management at this Home Depot went above and beyond for myself and my husband.

I actually didn't return anything, I went in for help on an online purchase that wouldn't go through. They worked hard to find it and had trouble as well but two of them tackled it and made it work after a good deal of work on the computer. Very happy with these guys, they could have brushed me off but took the time to make it happen for me!

I went in to look at buying a gas stove. Staff helped me choose the right one for my application. They helped with the ordering and scheduled delivery on the date I needed. Friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Thank You

I have been to three other stores in my area & I always come back to the Bell Rd. The employees know the job & all are friendly & helpful.

Needed a specific model of Tile Saw. Staff searched for it , retrieved it and cashier had me out the door during Christmas rush. Great team work all the way around. Thank you !

Fabulous customer service

I can’t even get down some of the isles ..;.. fire hazard……. You can do better than this home depot. You can merchandise better…. Think better, not just throw it out in the middle of the isles……. And yes, I understand the impulse buying, but you have to work on your safety for the shoppers that are paying your bills Have the fire marshals approved your isles?

Great support from the store staff, you always have the DYI stuff I need.

Every time I frequent a Depot . . especially the one closest to me . . it's like shopping with my friends. I am personable and strike up conversations with the employees and they always respond in a friendly manner but still professionally. They always advise me right . . and always come through. It's like having a personal contractor with me in the store each visit.

Had a great experience purchasing my flooring. The vinyl planks we bought were on sale and as this store didn't have quite enough, they found it fast and had in the store the next day. Awesome

I needed a new lawn mower. The model I wanted was only located at the top of the shelving out of reach. I asked an associate for assistance and she found another associate who came with a lift that she used to elevate to the top of the shelving and retrieve the mower I wanted. When I got to the checkout, I asked the clerk if the item qualified for the 10% military discount, and she assured me that it did. She applied the discount and I saved $25. The associates were all friendly and helpful and I could have not asked for a better experience. Thank you Home Depot.

The store inside and outside were very clean. There wasn't too many people there, so I got the help I needed quickly. The employee also followed us to the cash register and helped us load the grill be bought into our vehicle.

I needed 3 gallons of Floetrol. None of the stores in my area had it in gallon/only in quarts. The quarts are almost double the price. Your 2 stores (North Phx & Cave Creek) worked together and delivered to my door 12 quarts at the 3 gallon price! What more could a customer ask for? What awesome service...Karyl Gammon
