Staff on the floor do not ask you if you need help. Then they tell you they do not have any. I do not think they want to work. And then they make a big deal about getting something down from a high shelf. It was obvious that the associate did not want to get us what we wanted off the top shelf.

The employees work hard to help you feel at home at the Home Depot. The employer knows how to make it happen.

Great service and affordable pricing.

No longer customer friendly. One cashier in the garden center and one at the opposite side of the store. They have just a bank of self checkout. Lost my business

I have good and bad experiences in this store, today I had a good one. A little while back this store experienced some turn-over and I was worried I wouldn't get the same service I was used to from the rental dept. But the new guy, Matt, he is spectacular! A couple weeks ago I was having trouble getting the chain on my chainsaw properly and so I asked Matt to help me put it on and without hesitation he not only put on the new chain, he cleaned the saw and topped off the fluids. Then today I needed to buy a replacement part for my power washer and again, he not only agreed to help but he explained the parts and educated me on how to update my equipment with new connectors. He was thorough and spoke clearly and was patient as I asked questions. And, he remembered me from the month before...wow! That doesn't happen very often. Thank you Matt!

I always prefer coming to this store and find the employees, selection, and prices excellent. However, the new checkout system is glitchy at best and it seems like the employees' checkout equipment has also suffered in the transition from the old system. I recommend further testing/troubleshooting to provide a more seamless checkout experience. The higher tech solution is not always the better one.

Great store just remember to check your receipt before leaving cashier.

This store was easy to shop, the three employees and store manager I encountered on my last trip were all friendly and helpful. Brian and Linda went above and beyond to help me. Store Manager, Brian was thankful for the words of praise I presented before I left in regards to his employees. Wish more people took time for praise as they do criticism. The store was clean and well stocked! Customer service is outstanding and employees are well knowledgeable about the products and are a great help!

I went in for 2 products and the website stated the products would be available in a particular aisle and bay, yet neither product was where it was supposed to be. In fact, one product was in a different aisle completely. As per normal Home Depot staffing, there wasn't any available customer service to help locate. You would think that since they force you to use self checkout now, they might divert some of that saved labor to put bodies in the aisles to assist customers, but alas, they don't. When will the so-called "Executive Leaders" at Home Depot listen to customer complaints about their terrible lack of customer service and do something about it? If Lowe's was closer, I would never set foot in a Home Depot again.

This is an amazing store filled with outstanding people who practice excellence in customer service. The store is clean and well organized, with the best prices for anything I need for my home and for enjoying my backyard. I won't shop anywhere else.

I usually stop in this location weekly, so I pretty much know the store layout. Finding the products on my list is always easy. If I need assistance it's usually fast and easy with the friendly staff. This location is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful to me.

The customer service at this store is exceptional. Everyone is always ready and willing to help and you can always locate a employee almost everywhere you look. The store is very clean and stocked well.
