The New Hartford store is located in a central location. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The inventory is usually good for the items I am looking for.

Usually have what you need here! Clean store and shelves are organize, which other stores have clutter everywhere. Definitely recommend New Hartford store

Home Depot is price gouging and a greedy corporation who doesn’t care about anything but their bottom. Little secret, Covid ended a year ago.

My experience at Home Depot this week has been excellent. Mike was especially helpful and I can honestly say it is the best shopping experience I've had in months in any retail location.

I come here because it's the closest to me one there short staff and I waited for 25 minutes for someone to come and help me know one came an associate named Kim was walking by and asked if I needed help I told her she told me she isn't from this department but she will try her very best to help me and she did she was actually very helpful more then she thought thank you Kim for helping customer when others didn't take the time to come and help me

I ALWAYS ENJOY SHOPPING AT THIS BRANCH BECAUSE IT HAS A SMALL TOWN FEEL. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY.

I am a regular at the New Hartford Home Depot and this employee that work in the lumber department by the name up Kim always helps me with what I'm looking for she's super friendly and welcoming always smiling and she drives the forklift you go girl!!

I was very happy today to find my new stove and purchase it.

Every time I shop at the New Hartford Home Depot, not only do they have what I'm looking for, but the employees will go above and beyond to be helpful. They are always friendly, even walking me to the item I want, even if it's on the other side of the store.

Great store with dedicated employees who provide fast, courteous, and knowledgeable service.

I walked in with a plumbing issue and was confused as to what I needed for parts or how to take care of the issue myself. Jason in the plumbing department went above and beyond. Walked me through each step, put parts together to show how to connect everything, and made sure I had exactly what I needed. I've never had such top notch help in any home improvement store like I did today. I don't normally write reviews but this dude was phenomenal and deserves some recognition.

My husband and I were shopping for countertops, the young man that helped us stated he was new, sorry I can't remember his name. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, which is why we like Home Depot. The young man had us speak with a lady in kitchen design, she was also friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The Christmas merchandise was wonderful, I get the deer in the head lights look. 😂 We've never had a bad experience, from customer service, ordering, to the cashiers. Highly recommend.

Sometimes it is so hit or miss. I really enjoyed watching the forklift operator out back by the rear lumber door ram the pallets of compound over and over. I'd have fired that clown long ago-- the "miss". But on the "hit" side, I got some good ideas from the roofing / building materials department lead.

Every time I buy something at Home Depot I know I am getting great quality material and supplies. The company provides quality, service, value and cleanliness and I fell at home.

Lorna N has been my advocate dealing with Bali regarding custom shades that needed repair and replacement. Bali was very difficult to deal with but Lorna persevered with numerous phone calls and e mails in my behalf.She saved me alot if money and made sure Bali honored their warranty.

Terrific assortment of healthy plants at far less than the cost of other places I checked first. Plus, Eric the cashier I dealt with was genuinely engaged, helpful and an asset to the company. A delightfully pleasant experience!

I needed to buy supplies today for my husband's business and wasn't sure if I could receive help doing so since mulch is in a self serve section of the store. I had spoken with customer service, informed them I was pregnant and needed help transporting it to my car, and they directed me to Jason who went above and beyond for me. Jason packed my car with 30 bags of mulch, in a timely manner, and made sure my car was safe from any bag spills. He is a kind person who was able to make my shopping experience today possible for my family. I wouldn't have been able to get this errand done without Jason, or the lovely customer service team who was able to make this happen. I was worried about lifting mulch since I'm pregnant and I was instructed by my doctor to not lift anything heavy. Thank you Hole Depot for helping me feel safe and comfortable shopping here while I grow a family.

Appliances can be bought anywhere but the service and attention and knowledge of our appliance specialist really did it for me! Other employees were also pleasant and helpful. No photos yet since our house is being rebuilt, but we love the choices we made, with Dawn McGowan's help- from our initial visit forward.

We needed paint and the personalized, expert service we received was above and beyond the usual--very helpful. All of our paint questions were answered and we came away with all of the products we needed and we're very happy with the shopping outcome. Everywhere in the store employees offered help and information.
