I went into purchase a dishwasher and as soon as I entered the appliance department Dawn Came over to me and helped me so much. I have never had an employee anywhere aa helpful and nice as Dawn was. Thank you Dawn!!!

Twice in one week, I received outstanding customer service by employees going above and beyond to help me find the correct items on my list. It made the store feel small and approachable! Thank you!

I go to Home Depot with regularity and the employees there are always willing to listen to my questions, no matter how lame they may be.

Employees always ask if I need help finding something. Carrying 2 heavy 8ft. boards out the other day I was hailed with a "hey lady, I'll take those." He made sure they fit in my car and reminded me, " you know if you fill out the survey you could win 5000$."

I got to visit the lovely New Hartford store today where I was assisted all the way through my trip. Associates seemed please to greet me, smile at me and give me all the information and assistance I needed! I saw some very good prices and their cleaning products were priced, in stock and the whole area was very shoppable. I also love curbside pickup! Saved me so much time!!!

Today I went in to purchase a tool here, which showed there were several in stock at the New Hartford store. After asking an employee for help, next thing I knew there were several different employees helping to look for the tool. A few moments later a manager came over and pointed out a similar tool, but was more expensive. The manager said she would adjust the price to match the original tool even though I said I would pay the higher price. She was extremely nice and did not have to go out of her way to do that for me. These are the kinds of attitudes I get every time I go to this store and it's the reason I will always go to The Home Depot in New Hartford.

I find that this Home Depot in New Hartford has Associates that are extremely helpful. I ordered a washing machine that I can't wait to arrive!

John from the Electrical department is an incredible asset to your team. He is always in a great mood, eager to help and very knowledgeable in any department in your store. Thank you John for all your help. I look forward to seeing you again!

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING THIS STORE FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH PRODUCTS, STORE APPEARANCE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALWAYS GIVEN WITH A SMILE.

Sign in store said buy product and get a refill free. However there were no refills available. Store manager had a tough luck attitude and left the sign up.

Claudia Wolf Davey is the reason we came to your store. Claudia went above and beyond our expectations in helping us design our kitchen. Her professionalism showed throughout the process. Her knowledge of detail and design was amazing. We could have bought our kitchen at the Delray Beach Florida Home Depot where we purchased our condominium but we chose to order it here in Connecticut and have it shipped to Delray Beach because of Claudia. Best H D store I have ever dealt with. Great staff. I walked into a local competitor for 4 major appliances and was ignored. Went to HD and was IMMEDIATELY assisted in the purchase of these items. Since then we have purchased an entire kitchen, carpeting and will be back for 3 kitchen appliances. The employees are what makes the difference. This store has many knowledgeable employees who go above and beyond. Thank You for your hard work...

I went into this store on June 2 to buy a freezer. The person who helped me (Dawn) was unbelievable. She spent time with me and went out of her way to give me all the answers to my questions and more

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. The staff members are friendly and always helpful. I enjoy finding what I’m looking for on line and getting the location in the store so I know right where to go to get my items. Home Depot is always my first choice.

Happy people work there, it makes a difference when a customer needs help & a friendly face { with a mask } pleasantly advises you. I actually had multiple HD employees ask me if I needed assistance. It is a pleasure to shop at the New Hartford Home Depot.

Store was neat and well organized. Shelves were well stocked. Check out was a breeze, Camila was extremely courteous and helpful.
