Come over to this store a lot and Toni was always so nice and helpful

Staff was outstanding and knowledgeable of the product. The fact there was no delivery fee and the explanation of what they would do and what was expected of me prior to delivery was well defined. At this time I only have an expected delivery date so cannot comment on delivery process,however, the correspondence after the sale has been well received and appreciated.One final observation is that I did shop/compare them with other vendors of the exact product and they had the best price. Nothing but great service so far just need to see how delivery service goes? My purchase was an upright freezer!

Well I try everyday to shop at home depot because I know most of the employees. Some days I don't feel well, I take my meds but they don't kick in until later, I don't do yoga cause I can't fit into those pants and I really don't look good in them. Makes my butt look big, usually men with big butts can not lie. I try and eat a salad from time to time, the only thing that does for me is want ice cream. Then I remember I need the cream for my bad shoulder, cause I get pain in my right shoulder from driving those big nails in boards all day. Cause im a contractor you know and contractor are strong men like me. Talking about Me, I'm a pretty good looking guy being bald and all and middle age looks good on me. I think my tan is my best feature my wife thinks I'm a dork but that's for another story. What was we talking about?

Every time I come to Home Depot which is daily and sometimes 3 times a day. Cindy and Cindy at the prodesk always takes care of me. The best prodesk in the state, make sure you tell them that. Tell them Mike Vickrey appreciates them a lot.

Had to deal with 3 locations, this was the last one. Only Home Depot that was friendly and helped! We may have to drive by 2 other locations to get here, and there are actually 3 that are nearby but this one is the friendliest and most helpful. Online count and store count seems the closest to accurate compared to other locations as well.

I'll tell you what! Home Depot #3906 get's it...shop this branch and experience true customer service of employees bleeding orange...love shopping here constantly...

The Norman, OK Home Depot is about 25 miles from our home. In the past 6 months, we have completed several home projects. Painting, plumbing, gardening, electrical needs. In every instance, we were able to find the items we needed, check out, and be on the road home quickly.

I had a bad experience last night with the two ladies at the service desk. One of the ladies had black hair and the other lady had red orange hair.. The black hair young lady I felt like she may have been knew she didn't know what she was doing so I was thinking I could ask the lady standing behind her if she could help. The lady told me I would have to re register my tax exempt card. I had been using my tax exempt all day at that location and another location. They was just ready to go home and didn't care to help me. after driving 1hr 15 mins and I explained that. they was happily sending me home. I got upset and asked for a Manger Fabjan I let him know what I needed and automatically he jumped in and took care of business... I was able to purchase my shower and he took care of it all from his computer.. That right there with a little bit of effort he made this customer go from unhappy to happy.. The red orange hair lady I let her know that I noticed her mean mugging and there was no nees for it. what she didn't know is that I have been running around all day to the different locations because they was out of a lot of things I needed so I had a rough day myself.

We went in for some metal edging and Derek was very helpful from beginning to end. He was not abrasive, or 'in your face'. He was also knowledgeable about what we were getting. It is refreshing in a world where no one wants to work anymore.

Walking into Home Depot l, we knew what we were shopping for. We were met by a wonderful sales woman and she helped us with all our questions. She helped us locate the colors and showed us picture and the features the appliances came with. She was a big help and made the whole experience easy and flawless.

I am very ignorant when it comes to home repairs therefore very intimidated when shopping at a home improvement store. But The Home Depot in Norman, Oklahoma rocks!!! The employees were very knowledgeable AND friendly. Best customer service skills ever!!! This will be my home improvement store from now on!!! Keep up the good work The Home Depot, Norman, Oklahoma!!!

If you run into a nice gentleman working in the tools section say hello to this man, he is so kind and determined to find the best money saving deal for you. What a wonderful person he is. If you are lucky enough to check out at the register with Jennifer I would take the opportunity to do so, you will leave in a happy mood. She loves her job.

Hone Depot honors our military and our veterans by give them a discount on all purchases. All you have to do is show the cashier an appropriate ID (ex. drivers license with the word veteran printed on it by the state of Oklahoma).

Isaac helped me with some deck stain and matched my color exactly!

EMPLOYES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I WENT TO THE SELF CHECKOUT, HAD SOME DIFFICULTY. THE LADY WHO HELPED ME WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EVEN HELPED ME TO THE CAR WITH MY PURCHASE.
