Store employees are very friendly and helpful at the Norman store. My only complaint is that the two times we have needed to rent equipment, the Norman store did not have what we needed, so we had to go to the City of Moore store to rent those items.

Employees throughout the store are knowledgeable and eager to help. I'm most familiar with the nursery department. The staff there inquire about projects and make helpful suggestions.

I LOVE my neighborhood Home Depot! I have been in many other Home Depot locations and, while they always provide decent customer service, this location shines in the customer service department. I have had SO many positive and helpful interactions with multiple employees over the years. I can ALWAYS find someone to help me and I never feel uncomfortable about being in the store on my own as a somewhat petite woman. The store is always clean and well stocked with tons of great merchandise. I have to use LOTS of self control every time I visit. I can almost always find what I need quickly and when I can't an associate always helps me find it at a nearby location or arrange delivery to the store or my home. While some larger stores may offer products I can't readily get in this location, none of them have offered customer service at the level I have received here. I have considered myself "a Home Depot girl" for years, but my true love for Home Depot was solidified right here at the Norman, Oklahoma store!

The folks in the Norman, Oklahoma, store are careless and sloppy. They sent a receipt to my email address that was supposed to go to some other poor sucker. I hope he doesn't need it. I don't live within a thousand miles of Norman, Oklahoma, but I do have some personal details on one poor Home Depot customer that lives nearby.

This is a great store despite the small footprint for a Home Depot. The store manager & most of the employees that I have encountered are very helpful. Since the store has a small footprint in with Covid being an issue today, this store needs a revamp were isles are spread apart. Right now as it is designed, when the store is just a little bit busy it is very very difficult to navigate. Most of the time I get frustrated and just move on and pick upCertain products elsewhere. A larger I’ll gives us customers comfort by not being on top of one another, breathing on one another and allows for a more enjoyable experience. Square footage is expensive yes, but more space Hass to be created.

The employees are super nice snd very helpful. Every time I’ve had to go in there I’ve always gotten the best help from everyone. Thank you for all the hard work they do to make it easy for myself to shop.

After visiting another local home improvement store several times over the past month and still unable to figure out exactly what I needed. I decided to go check out Home Depot and that was the right decision. I found the led can lights I wanted for my kitchen in a box of four at a bargain price. And especially great was finding a man named Kieth that works in electrical area. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Found the wire I needed and even the tool needed to cut the holes in the ceiling. He took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the steps. Very nice store, great manager Ty, and a very nice and pleasant cashier. I will definitely be shopping more at our Norman Home Depot!

This Home Depot has everything I am looking for, if for some reason they are out of stock, they will order if from another store for pick up. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially enjoy the garden center.

I had the BEST experience at this Home Depot lately being assisted (finally) by Mike-and I only wish all employees were as courteous, knowledgeable and respectful as him! I have been doing a lot of projects this Spring and Summer (and bigger ones this Fall) and this was THE most courteous, respectful assistance and guidance I’ve received anywhere I’ve shopped this year...so thank you!

There is a young lady named Nautika in the paint department that we loved !! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find all the things we needed. She even introduced us to the scented add in for paint !! We loved it!!

The store was neat and clean. The employees at the paint counter were knowledgeable and willing to help.

Store is always clean and organized. Every time I go in needing supplies for my backyard project, they are in stock! Associates are always helpful and friendly.

STORE WAS CLEAN, AND ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFULL

Store was cluttered with product blocking isles. Employees were not motivated to assist. Far too many people ‘pulling’ orders and not near enough in-store customer service. Store was dirty and disorganized with broken product that should have been removed. There were so many people in the store that it was impossible to safely social distance.

This store s always a mess. Rarely does anyone ask if they can help you. But today none of the employees were wearing masks. As a cancer patient with a compromised immune system I’m at extra risk for covid. It appears that the management of this store does not appear to care about those that fall into the covid high tsk groups. Most of customers were not wearing masks either.

Norman store was filthy...no employee helped us! We went to Moore and they took care of us!

I can ALWAYS find someone to help me without much effort and when I do they're friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I've shopped at other hardware and home improvement stores, but I keep coming back to my Norman HD because their selection, prices, and customer service have made me Home Depot loyal.

We received help from an associate— we think his name was Phil! Ask him for whatever you need help with! He was amazing! We will come back and never shop with competitors because of him!

Richard in lumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very quick to help me.

The Norman store has been extremely busy since the Covid-19 spread because everyone has more time to get those home projects done. Although the store has been busy and new safety precautions have had to be taken the employees have been extremely helpful and pleasant. It's obvious they are short staffed and are having a tough time keeping items in stock, but each employee in this store has a smile on their face each time we go in for more supplies. Out of all of the home depot stores that we have been to over the years this one is by far the best. Jerry at the PRO desk is extremely helpful and Cameron at the customer service desk has been wonderful.

THIS IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT STORE IN OKC.

This is a great place to buy all you need to update your home. Great service.... my salesperson made sure our needs were met. She was very professional and addressed us by name everytime we spoke!
