Best place to go. Now I can see why it is always busy.

Very nice place to shop . And the people are very helpful and well knowledgeable on what product's they have.

The store was clean and easy to navigate. Product is visible and easy to read . And the employees went out of there way to help me locate the items i was looking for. Thank you home depot for making my day easier.

My review is based on being a U.S.Army Veteran. I appreciate the recognition they give me for having served our country.

This Home Depot is excellent. The store is well stocked and clean. The aisles are wide enough for people to get by. Most importantly, the employees go above and beyond not only to be helpful, but also friendly. Collectively, the employees at this Home Depot are some of the best I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this store!

Diana greeted me, I found what I needed after destiny showed got me exactly what I needed and the Diana checked me out. They are a couple of my favorites!!!!

Great selection of products and at good prices. I really appreciate the fact they offer a 10% discount for military veterans on a daily basis.

This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Employees are not interested in helping.

Do NOT go to this store if you are looking for products in stock. Nor should you go unless you want to complete an obstacle course to avoid all the "stuff" in the aisles. Ironic isn't it? Go for what you need -- not there. But try to mavoeuvre around the stuff you don't want to get to the empty shelves.

A well stocked store and very clean. Alll staff is very helpful friendly.

Needed to have some electrical wire cut. Asked two different employees if they could call someone over to operate the machine AND called the front desk to have someone page an employee to come operate the machine. After 20 minutes no one showed up and I left. The store is out of stock of a lot of switches in electrical. The store is also filthy. Piles of sawdust strewn throughout the store. Dust on products, shelves, etc. This store is a consistently poor performer. Would recommend evaluating management.

You can never get any help because there seems to never be an associate. I have found that if you go to the merchandise people they at least try and help you after they have called multiple times for an associate. Steve and Cheryl have got to be the rudest employees i have ever encountered. I guess because they have a badge that says 20 years they feel like they can speak to customers and other employees how ever they want.

Enjoyed our gardening trip but I found it was a little disorganized and a small area for flower displays. Not including the overwhelming amount of customers too.

Easy to find products

This is a store with consistently involved staff = friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately ii is geared, in my opinion, to ranchers and builders....I am a home owner and rabid gardener. I would appreciate a larger store -like up in OKC- with more lighting, appliances, plumbing, decor, etc. I want to shop in NORMAN !

some days when you call you think that know nobody works there and I know they get short handed and busy but they could snswer the phone before thirty rings

The store was clean and well stocked. All the employee were very helpful, (Jesse in lumber, Stephanie the cashier and the lady at customer service). It's great the employees try to help you get the products you need, and so friendly as well. We'll keep shopping here when our need arises. Thanks to all.

The Norman Home Depot store is very organized and clean. The associates are helpful, friendly, and professional. They go out of their way to assist with materials and ideas for projects, The store has a great selection of tools and materials for your home improvement and project needs.

GREAT WELL STOCKED STORE AND GREAT EMPLOYEES

The cashier Miranda was very helpful in getting my 100% Veterans disabled tax free card into the Home Depot system.

When a veteran shows you that they are in fact a armed forces veteran show them the respect they deserve, who is Home Depot to not honor a legal document ie: Ohio drivers license stating they are in fact a veteran. do you not realize that the state of Ohio has already checked all documentation before allowing someone to have that on their license yet that is now no longer good enough for Home Depot. It is a legal government document.

I lived in a city that did not have a Home Depot, it was a 2 hour drive round trip, I owned a home and really missed out on some good deals. I moved and now live within 6 miles of a Home Depot, I visit it about 8-10 times a month. Nice and clean people are very friendly. My cashier today ( Miranda) 11450 was so nice, her first words was you're back.
