    Great cashier
    A cashier opened up her line for me but before I could move into position another customer ended up ahead of me. The cashier addressed this briefly and realizing the customer was in a hurry and abruptly didn’t want to hear anything from the cashier about his order of service politely and professionally handled her job. I found the man rude but stood back while he was checked out and paid for his single ht purchase. Great job, seriously,

      Returns with an ease
      Amanda R. And Keeley R. were exceptional and friendly during a process of an appliance return. They were qualified to answer questions and made my experience good. I had originally ordered off line and did not find all that I was ordering. I brought my receipt inside the store and they were able to assist with cancelling an order and assuring me that I would receive an installation of my appliance on delivery day.

          Don't Trust Online Inventory - Even For Bigger Items!
          I’m frustrated, disappointed, let down and have a bit of anger towards my online experience and Home Depot. The item ordered was a 6-tier commercial grade heavy duty steel wire shelving unit, item number 0000-525-441. I wasted time and gas to drive to a store further away than my ‘home’ store (Store 6989) – through miles of construction traffic – to pick-up items that I ordered online, received a confirmation of my order, notice that my items were ready for pick-up and then discover when the items were being wheeled out from the storage area behind the counter, that half the items were not available. When looking online at my home store (Store 6989), only one was shown as being available. The screen showed that there was availability at Store 6550; showing 8 available and I ordered 6. I placed the order and drove to pick them up after receiving the message that my order was ready – after borrowing a friend’s truck. My first surprise was to see cones placed in the spots for curbside pick-up – a sign stating it was only available until 6:00 p.m. Don’t remember seeing a notification about the hours for curb side when placing the order? I parked, went inside and was assisted by a young lady. She verified my information and then asked me to meet her at the entrance. She pulled a flat cart out with 3 shelving units. I asked where the other 3 were and she stated that there was only 3 available, the other 3 had been cancelled on my order and the money refunded to my credit card. This was the first time I had any communication about my order being shorted. These are big shelving units, in large boxes. How can the online inventory show a count of 8 available when there were only 3 available? It’s not like these were loose washer in a bin in hardware – big boxes, easy to see, easy to count. I expressed my frustration to the young lady, and she said she would call a manager. I waited at the desk for 8-10 minutes, no manager. A guy in a black shirt, heavy set, black hair/beard, walked up and went behind the counter and was whispering to the young lady. This went on for several minutes – each of them pointing at the computer screen, at a hand-held device, and so on. I finally asked the man if he was the manager that I was waiting for, and he said he was the manager but nothing more. I asked why the inventory showed 8 available and now I’m being told there was only 3 available to which he responded by showing me his hand-held device and stating that there was only 3 available. Why would he have not introduced himself at the very beginning, gave me some assurance that he was going to look into the issue, apologize and acknowledge my frustration? Instead, he walks behind the counter to whisper a conversation to the young lady. This only added to my frustration. So, I left the store without the items I needed. Time wasted. Frustrated. Not feeling valued as a customer. Not feeling heard/acknowledged about the issue that Home Depot created. Today, I am again borrowing my friend’s truck to drive to Lowe’s (way further away than Home Depot) to get three additional shelving units I needed. Dollars to donuts the treatment I receive at Lowe’s will be 100% better than my experience at Home Depot 6550.

            I always go to the Home Depot on 281N. Their cashiers are always friendly and welcoming when I enter and when I leave. This is my best spot to get what I need because they always make me smile.

              Abysmal Refrigerator Delivery
              I purchased a refrigerator for delivery on July 27th. After 3 delivery attempts and a plumber visit, my refrigerator is still not installed nor has my broken unit been removed. The first delivery people left the fridge in the garage because they didn't have time to finish the installation. The second delivery attempt there was an issue with the plumbing. The third delivery left with little explanation. Terrible service and excuse after excuse. I will not be shopping at the Home Depot again.

                  very convenient and near my house
                  I purchased John Deer water hose with a lifetime warranty. the hose was busted and I retuned it for reimbursement. the customer service told me I can exchange it and did not bother to ask one of the employee to bring the hose to storereturn area.

                      People now a days are getting paid way to much for the service they provide.
                      My husband and I stopped by to buy 30 bags of the 80lbs of cement and when they were helping us load them they broke about 10 of the bags as they were just throwing them in our truck and in the process made a mess of which now we have to clean up

                        Great Check Out experience
                        I’ve been to many different Home Depot’s and honestly I can confidently say That this is one of the nicest home depot’s and all the associates will make sure that you have a great experience and you find anything you need around the store. I want to leave an honorable mention to Mauro, he’s a nice young man, fast efficient and nice as a cashier.

                                  Really Friendly and Delightful employee at the Home Depot Evans in Garden
                                  We went to Home Depot off Evans this past Saturday. Great time to buy plants and garden things. Weather very nice. Our cashier Lisa was so much fun. She was pleasant and friendly and had a big smile on her face. She was very efficient and honestly seemed like she was having fun at her job. She made our experience well worth sharing.

                                    You know, home depot has a lot of products, and it is hard to find where is what. So after shopping, sometimes it takes long time to pay since the line is long. But this guy (an old and big guy - don't remember his name), he entertained me and my family while paying in the cacher. I was so impressed by his professionalism and friendly attitude. Even though I don't remember his name, I would give him a kudo.

                                              The requirement to get an app is inconvenient and not necessary. Depending on who is working as the cashier will depend on whether they will give you military discount with the ID card or not.

                                                    My wife and I have purchased several pieces of equipment like a framing nail gun and several tool boxes. We are in the middle of building a single stall garage out back of our home. Nick and Danny helped us with our purchases and were both great. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were humble enough to seek out answers to questions if they didn't know the answer. In today's world, there aren't many people who will admit that they aren't sure about something and actually help the customer to research and find the answers. Most people who don't know the answer to a question just either say they don't know and that's it... or they make up some $&#*#@, hope it's good enough for you to believe and go on your merry way. These two people are good and honest employees that are a real asset to Home Depot and we can tell you that they do make a difference.

                                                          Superb customer service by several associates!!
                                                          This severely pregnant momma is extremely grateful for the numerous wonderful and helpful associates at Home Depot today. We had a issue with an online order that they cancelled as lost so the manager honored the original sale price and we were able to repurchase from the store. We were able to purchase and hold laundry room cabinets until we can get a truck to pick them up and got a great deal on a fire pit for $99.
