All the many times I have gone to this store, everyone I've been involved with has been very friendly and knowledgeable and could answer my question if I had one or refer me to someone else who could.

Today we made a $1,400 purchase on patio furniture. Two ladies working the customer service counter made us feel like a total inconvenience. We were told that the item was in stock but on the top shelf. The employees told us that they were very busy in the store and it would be much better for them if we would just go online to purchase and arrange for delivery. We stated that we would like to purchase the item from the store so that we could have the set today instead of the mid June date the website offered. We stated we were willing to come back to pick up the item later in the day, but it still seemed like the employees were very annoyed. They called over another employee to see when they would have the time to get the furniture down. It took 40 minutes to complete our transaction, and it was not a positive experience. We came back 2 hours later to pick up the item. The curbside employees were very friendly.

The store is clean just don’t be in a hurry, because finding help is really hard. I waited 30 minutes for the man in the appliance department. He was paged 4 times. So why couldn’t the manager help me it’s his store. Very unsatisified. Whenever I go to this store I always have the same problem. No one to help.

Great store just be patient and enjoy your day.

I am never disappointed by this store or the employees. If I can't find an item,which is rare I can and have stopped any employee on the floor for help. I have never been refused or ignored. Mostly they take me to the item or tell the isle and area to find my product. My HD is the best around,abd

Always out of stock on many items even the website says the items are in stock. Zero assistance for associate's. I would rate NO stars if possible.

Waited in line to return items. I was number 3 in line. The first person waited 12 minutes before being helped. Poor service.

Dennis took the time to help me come up with a solution. Not once did I feel rushed.

The ladies behind the pickup counter were very helpful and patient because the computer systems were down but when I went to the garden Center Hector was completely rude as could be in front of other customers as well I spent over $700 and he couldn't even bother himself to get somebody to help me load 80 bags of manure and topsoil that I already prepaid and was supposed to be ready and wasn't finally Richard and Ted help me and I kept telling him what was pulled is not my whole order and I was right or I would have only driven off with only 34 out of 80 bags that I already pre-purchased Y'all need to get it together Covid19 Or not

You can get most products anywhere and online. What makes this store great is its consistently good customer service. Only on a rare occasion do I have to spend extra time looking for assistance. I love the website that provides the location and bay of desired product. Friendly employees always helpful. This is my HAPPY PLACE.

I entcountered a total of 6 employee including 2 greeters and not once was acknowledged. It was a Saturday, one of the busiest days of the week in retail and I was never even acknowledged until I was already speaking with the cashier. Made eye contact with multiple who decided to ignore me and continue drinking their protein shake or coffee. Cashier was the only person working that day.

This morning, I was returning heavy cement bags. (9 bags). I ask for help and I got it right away.., two men with Home Depot aprons on help me move the cement bags from the car to the return desk and happily they did this! Afterwards, I asked another person with the Home Depot apron for help, he help me carry 6 very heavy Portland cement bags from shelf to cashier to car. I was in and out of this store in less than 15 min.. I was so impressed! At the very end of my shopping experience at Homedepot, I found out that the district managers and the store managers where the ones aided me. Thus, I can conclude that the customers are the priority at Homedepot no matter who you are you pitches in to make sure a customer has a wonderful shopping experience

Marcus in the lumber department was very helpful by researching a product I had found on the internet, unfortunately I have to buy it on-line. Marcus took the time to show us other types of materials we could use and was very knowledgeable about the products. Just want to say thank you for all your assistance and kudos to Marcus.

Chris in plumbing was most helpful with my purchase of two cabinets that were not on the floor. He had to get a lift to retrieve it from an upper shelf, then went out of his way to get a dolly to put them on since both cabinets were too large to fit on one. I’ve been a long time shopper at Home Depot and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Friendly staff. Almost always get someone asking me if I need help. Regardless of them offering first or I asking for it, they have provided the assistance I need, from loading 40lb bags of salt to discerning which outlet replacement I need for my disposal.

My all-time favorite Home Depot in Texas. Approximately 11 miles from my home. However, there is one 3 mile closer that I refuse to utilize (Bulverde). I demand good customer service skills and this particular Home Depot delivers. The customer service techniques and courtesy displayed by all these associates is impeccable. In this particular Home Depot you’re treated like family. You’re greeted with a wonderful smile and pleasantries, and all the associates reach out to assist you, if you come within 10 feet of them. As if they have some ten foot rule. These associates have created an awesome shopping and work environment. They all listen tentatively to all your questions and concerns. There listening skills are incredible. A trait seldom used by men and women so young. This particular Home Depot is lead by two powerful managers. Rich and Jerry who both lead by example. Both approachable, intelligent, articulate, courteous and professional. Rich, Jerry and Lead Cashier Lisa are supported by an amazing cast of professionals. Cashiers Angela, Elizabeth and Joann. The paint specialists Luis and Phil. Chris aka CJ and Brenda in gardening. My new favorite associate Chase in plumbing. This Home Depot is my new ToysRus. I refuse to shop anywhere else for my home improvement needs. This Home Depot has financing and a military discount. With the help of Lisa, the Lead Cashier. I finally broke down and obtained a Home Depot card. Thanks to the aforementioned leaders and associates I have become a lifelong customer of Home Depot thanks to this particular Home Depot.

Very curteous staff and helpful. Just a suggestion, but the constant announcing of the store closing can be frustrating when I am in the store looking for items and there is an hour left of the store being open, I would appreciate if this could maybe be done for the last 15 mins. Instead of an hour. Thank you,

Chase in plumbing is outstanding as well as the gentleman in hardware. The majority of this store’s employees are extremely knowledgeable on their material and abilities with great customer service skills. I actually seek their advise on items. Very reminiscent of the ‘ole hardware store where people took pride in their trade. Thank you for taking the time to know you’re stuff; top notch! On a separate note, avoid Paul. He is not the caliber of the afore mentioned employees; severely lacks customer service skills or decorum. He’s just a run-of-the-mill hourly employee.

After purchasing several sheet of paneling two Home Depot employees (Eddie and Miguel) were outside the loading area and asked if I needed help loading, which I replied "YES." I advised them that I would bring my truck and trailer to the loading area and they both (Eddie and Miguel) advised that they would go to my truck and trailer and assist me there. I wanted to give them both a "Big Thanks You." Because it's people like Eddie and Miguel who go out of their way to help others.

I just wish there were more people there to assist the customer. It takes a long time to get help but I think it's because too few people are on duty.

Always find the store to be clean and always find just what i'm looking for and daily find employees friendly and helpful.

Great store - everything there is always very friendly, courteous, and they go out of the way to help you.

I have been going to this Home Depot for years because of the convenience to my house. Today will be the last time I will be ever going to this location. I rather drive 20 minutes to the next nearest home improvement store. The employees I interacted with today were rude, incompetent, and lacked basic manners.

I have shopped in this store many times: ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE! Many Thanks!
