Bernice is one of the most pleasant personnel working the front line I have encountered in a long while. She was professional in not gabbing too much but her mannerisms and friendly smile is very pleasant . She made small talk conversation in a fun way. I wish more front line workers were as polite and mannerly and engaging. Made me smile as I was leaving the store.

I can’t thank Ms Carter and her colleague with helping me on flooring in my home.

I have been shopping at this location over 10 years now and find it consistently provides a clean, well stocked and exceptional staff above and beyond any other box stores in my area. I shop a lot of home improvement stores in a lot of areas due to my job and am usually disappointed if I am not at the North Point location. I appreciate everyone who makes this location a fantastic experience!

I came here today not knowing I’d leave very satisfied! I can’t describe how amazing the employee Charles was ! He went above and beyond helping me and my family with our shopping! Would definitely be coming here again thanks to him!

I had a small kitchen project but I knew nothing about what was needed to get started or how to order what I did need. Marcia went through every step with me double-checking everything. I am confident the order was correctly placed and will result in a great finished project.

Today I was treated to some old fashioned customer service, two team members assisted me with cheerful attitudes and pep in their step. Refreshing experience, reminded me of how nice people can be.

I come in the store and half of the time am unsure what I need. There is always someone there to help me figure it out or point me in the right direction.

While on my way to your store I tried calling seven times and was hung up on each time I called. I’ve been entered the store with my headphones in still calling and walked to customer service. I was then hung up on again where I witnessed three employees having a conversation apparently this conversation was more important than answering the phone. When the associate finally greeted me I asked the associate are you done hanging up on me can I get some help in electrical? The employee then called over to electrical to make sure someone was there to help me. I then walk to electrical and meet Chet. Despite the way I was just treated by these three female employees that found it more important to have a conversation then to answer the phone and do their job. Chet greeted me with a smile on his face and asked how he may help me he then answered every question I had with great detail making sure to go over every question and make sure I fully understood what we were talking about. He then showed great patients while allowing me to call my father and make sure I was picking up the correct part and wouldn’t you know I had forgotten to ask a question. So chat then FaceTime‘s with me and my father to make sure I get the exact item I need . When I say this employee changed my mind with simply the charisma he had for his job. When I entered that store and was greeted that way by those female employees I was almost ready to get it back in my car and drive away. Chet has now made it wherel I will be a frequent shopper at this location simply because I know he works there and will do all he can to answer each and every question I have with a smile on his face and a great attitude. So way to go Chet thank you so much and I hope they give you a raise!

I went looking for vegetable plants for my large container and found a good selection of tomatoes, lettuce and swiss chard and a great small sunflower plant

I was confused about what countertop I wanted. Marcia in the kitchen design area walked me through the entire process and helped me make a final decision. She was patient and kind I am so glad she did I love my new countertops. She even helped me choose a door color that I couldn’t decide on and it’s beautiful
