Nice place to shop

I have begun to shop online a lot, especially for heavy objects that I cannot handle. The new pickup area is so convenient and the cashiers up there are really friendly and seriously helpful. The other day I purchased 8 bags of sand online, and not only did the cashier tell me that they should be on a cart at the end of aisle 22, but she insisted on walking me there to make sure they were.

Danielle was able to give me a price match on a paint sprayer that was cheaper somewhere else. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The HomeDepot staff person at the checkout, Sheba, was extraordinarily helpful today. I was experiencing difficulty with the self checkout and Sheba was able to correct the problem and help me complete the transaction.

What sets this Home Depot location from others in this area (Raleigh/Durham, NC) is the quality of the sales staff. While the store is reasonably stocked, many of the appliances I had come to see were not on the sales floor. However, a knowledgeable salesperson made the shopping experience both productive and enjoyable. Indeed, the visit resulted in a sale! Way to go!!

This store is always clean and organized and the staff is very helpful!

When I went into the store to look for my purchase, the associate was very friendly and she worked very hard on the computer to try to find what I wanted. She spent a sufficient amount of time with me and I was very appreciative and I gave her a big hug. After I picked out what I wanted and it was delivered, I felt great abut that. It was after the delivery when everything went downhill. Weeks later a lady named Nancy helped me a great deal. She said she was in management and stayed with me on the phone (off and on) until the man from Progressive Services came here to do the job after waiting approx 6 months but Shane did a very good job and I told Nancy and I gave Shane a great review. also..

They don't honor the return policy.

The Home Depot at 1700 N Pointe Drive in Durham, NC is always accommodating with friendly service and check out is usually expedient, especially with the self checkout lanes.

The store employees at this store were very nice and more than willing to answer questions or direct you to the right department. The lines moved quickly and not much of a wait to get some wood cut as they had 3 employees in that department to help customers. All the employees that I came in contact with seemed cheerful and friendly, the store was clean and I was very satisfied and will do all my shopping at this store from now on.

Best customer service I have received in any type of retail store that I can remember. The garden center employees go above and beyond what they have to do for the customers. Thanks !

Very Good Store and Employees

We are always please with this store, it is the closest to us and everyone is very considerate. When you ask for help either they give you the aisle # if it something you need to check out, if you need an explanation of what you want, they are very helpful and for me somethings I need explaining how something operates, fully understand after they explain.

Cashier Tonya Was Very Nice And Easy To Talk With.

If you have a complex paint need, go see Elsie and/or Yani! They are brilliant colorists and can transform what you have into what you want, or help you choose the color you envision.

I find it consistent that when I shop at this Home Depot that the service and knowledge that the staff possess is always very helpful. I don't have to be concerned that it will be a frustrating situation. I had no problems finding just what I needed. Assistance was readily available and I did find the isles clear and uncluttered.
