I was having a difficult time with the procedure for painting galvinized metal. Mark explained why I had to do certain steps and simplified it all for me. It was wonderful to have someone so knowledgeable help me. Also, I had a separate hardware problem at that same visit. The person I found to help was not from hardware and was stumped by my problem. He said "I know someone here who knows a lot about everything-lets go see him". And sure enough it was Mark. He immediately figured out the solution to my hardware problem. I will be coming back because I know if I need good advice Mark is there!

Was over charged. When i got home 45 minutes away. I called. The girl said Oh well. and I was SOL. Really! I told her I was calling corporate. As a general contractor I would expect better customer service. Even if its an honest mistake. A little customer service goes a long way!

Our product purchase was prefect for what was needed and it was at an excellent cost. Thank you.

Went in to buy a patio heater. Was told they were in seasonal, went to department and could not find, couldn’t find an associate. Looked them up on the app and discovered they were outside, found them, scanned the price on the app, it said $99.97, went to pay and the cashier said it was $168. Called a manager who said it must be an online sale. They did not offer to price match. Lowe’s price matches…

We’ve been comparison shopping for kitchen appliances for a while now. But today, we met Charles Akpan at the N Durham Hope Depot. His friendliness and helpfulness helped us make a decision and we decided to purchase because of him. It is refreshing to meet someone so nice these days!!

Went to buy our first christmas tree, the staff member told us to get it right then and there because it’s been selling out and it was the last one! It was the one he wanted but he came back to check on us and was so helpful

It would be a good shopping experience if qualified associates were available or can be found when needed especially early am when Pros are shopping for supplies.

They looked out to see that the things I needed were available and, those items that I should have had on my list.

SEVERAL EMPLOYES WERE IN THE AISLE THAT I WAS SHOPPING, CUTTING UP, LAUGHING AND NEVER OFFERED TO HELP ME OR SPEAK TO ME. I FOUND MY ITEM AND CHECKED OUT. THE CASHIER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL,

Store was clean and could easily find what I was looking for.

You need to have a lot of patience to reach a particular person in one department over the phone. I have been trying to call for over an hour. The customer service doesn’t care if you will reach the person or not. I asked them if I could be connected to the person because I am confirming my purchase with my made to order blinds. They will just keep on transferring your call even I told them no one is picking up the phone. The salesperson was not answering the call, maybe she’s with another customer and I understand that. But customer service should atleast help me send my message ( just need her to call me back before she goes home). Especially if it’s the last day of the sale. My shopping experience with the flooring department was very satisfactory. My salesperson, Shaquana, is well recommended. She’s very helpful and professional.

This store had the shower stall I needed where the sister stores were sold out. I am very pleased that they had them in stock. Their customer service department quickly found the three parts I needed to order and had me on my way in no time. This store's employees are on the ball and I don't mind traveling from Siler City to get exactly what I need.

By far, the BEST Home Depot in the area in terms of customer service.

This is my go-to store for home improvement needs. I often go with many questions about products and projects and every single time the associates have been knowledgable and eager to help. They have spent whatever time it took to answer my questions and and have never made me feel hurried or acted as if I were a bother.

Managers/Leadership needs to be more visible. The lumber/construction section needs to be full staffed until closing.

I visited this store on 3/26/2021. I purchased 3 items including a small pack of solar batteries. When I arrived home I realized that I had forgot left the batteries at the store. I returned to the store and went to customer service to explain what happened. The lady at customer service said that she needed to contact the manager. The manager communicated over the phone that I had to contact loss prevention for the batteries. She said that they would look at the camera film and try to see what happened. I was never asked what self check out I used, what time or any information that would help. Furthermore I was even given any information on how to file a claim with loss prevention. I realized that I was not being taking seriously and could not expect any help. At that time I asked to speak to the manager. I was told that I would have to wait 10 minutes. The manager finally showed up and immediately told me that it was company policy, I was never told what the company policy was. I mentioned to him that I was only asking to get something that I had paid for. The item cost was only $11.97. He then told me that the line had to be drawn somewhere. I then got the impression that this assistant manager felt that I was trying to scam home depot for $11.97. He said that they would look into my claim. He then tried to appease me. He said that if the claim was valid they would contact me and issue a credit over the phone. I would not even have to return to the store. This store does several million dollars in sales annually. I was made to feel like a thief for wanting them to replace the batteries that I had paid. I never asked for refund. Unfortunately I left with a very negative impression of home depot. I had been a loyal customer for over 35 years and spent several thousand dollars over the years at home depot. For $11.97 I am no longer a loyal customer and will take my business to other companies that appreciate me as a customer.

I shop a lot of Home Depot’s being a licensed contractor this store was the friendliest/helpful store I have ever been in ( I guess it starts with the store manager) this store was well staffed ( surprised because it was Sunday) and the store was well stocked I drove 50 miles from Henderson nc to this store and I told my wife I would do it again no problem next time I need somthing
