Thanks again for help me today when I trying to buy refrigerators

The check out rep was very disrespectful

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because the employees are friendly and the store is very clean!

I’ve voted sited this store several times. When you as for assistance they usually tell you stuff to get you out of their hair. I gave them 5 stars because of the customer service I received from Johnny. He actually showed interest in what I was looking for and personally escorted me to each department I needed to go to and as a single woman, he assisted me in choosing what was best for my needs and my money. Thank you Johnny!! Kudos to you!

I went today for a hot water heater, service was terrible trying to get someone to help.

I’ve built a walk in closet set floor in had no problem with the material and returned items they the staff is very friendly and helpfull

Convenient location with good selection in garden and landscaping. Staff have always been friendly and helpful so that I can get in and out quickly.

Very welcoming when entered into the store asked multiple times if they can help me or did I find everything that I needed very friendly all smiles throughout the store

My husband and I were returning one set of cordless Faux Wood blinds we purchased for our new home we just bought. We pleasantly encountered a great representative Marina who did the return and we purchased five more. The other representatives were extremely pleasant as well including the security at the front door. This tells me that upper management is doing a great job. Thank you, Mr and Mrs Dennis Miles

This store is ideal for my shopping convenience. The products are well stocked and the employees are very friendly and professional.

I went into the store today to have a few copies of my keys made. There was already an employee there waiting to greet me. He was very polite and helpful. I was able to get everything done very quickly.

This store makes you jump through hoops to get a veteran's discount, even with documentation. Employees are apparently not trained enough to go to the next screen on the register where they can apply the discount. I've shopped here over 20 years, and 9 times out of 10, I am told they cannot apply the discount.

Home depot offers surveys at the bottom of each receipt , and the employees are pretty eager to receive these reviews as well. I can usually find everything I need. The store is neat and well organized. The employees are eager to help you.

Although this store is located in what my wife might call a rough neighborhood, I like going there because it’s a busy store and always has what I need, and when I do ask for help I get it. Nice people!
