I always do my shopping in your store I enjoy every person that works in this Home Depot

This popped up for a review, but I didn't shop this store. I shopped the store in Pinellas Park, FL on Park Blvd. Don't know why this location showed up...

i love this store for lots of reasons =all reasons- everything looks fantaslik its great

The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me.

The store was generally clean, shelves were stocked for the most part. No organization in the store. Store could benefit from lane dividers and led lights to help guide customers in the right direction.

The management doesn't know how to provide customers service. What to expect from their employees.

So let us get this straight, you limit the number of people in the store by stationing employees at the doors with a counting app. It appears that the person at one door can only add people and the person at the other end of the store can only subtract. You then force everyone to walk through a gauntlet of hundreds of people waiting in a tightly packed line for checkout. Ok so you're using social distancing theatre and then concentrating everyone into a crowd. This is so obviously illogical and poorly executed. Just stop this madness and allow your customers to avoid crowds on their own instead of forcing them to be exposed to more people. Stop this Covid madness.

Last visit... store was crowded and hardly anyone wearing a mask. Only saw 2 employees wearing masks. Totally felt unsafe. Have shopped this store since the day it first opened. I will not be going back.

Poor customer service. This is the Big Orange Wolf, everything wrong is the customer’s fault.

Excellent customer serive!

Princess was the associate that helped me find all my materials, she even guided me throuought the isle to find the shrub killer I needed even though she is not a garden associate and walked me to the checkout where Mildred helped us with our product with ease. These two associates truly made my home Depot experience memorable and enjoyable despite obstacles that came up.

The store was busy but ms Herminia took off her busy time to show me how to use the self check out excellent lady

This store is awesome. Staff is well-trained and nice.

Extremely courteous and pleasant employees and management. Fast, and reliable service. Store neat and clean. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I'm a mom and I know nothing about how things work in a hardware store. Today I went to purchase flooring for my son's lizard terrarium and was assisted by the most amazing people. Carmen and Warren were awesome. I purchased $23 in flooring and yet they treated me as if I was a million dollar client. I was preparing to leave and looked over to find Warren down on his knees tying my 5 year old sons shoes (I left my phone in the car or there would be a picture attached to this review). It was the sweetest moment and I can't even begin to tell you how much it meant to this mommy.

This store is my “neighborhood “ store. They carry everything I need. The manager has hired a wonderful staff. The store is always clean and the people who work there are always courteous and friendly.
