Rarely am I asked if I need assistance. If I ask where I can find a product, they will tell me the isle number and maybe point in that direction. It's as if they don't have time to deal with the customers?

Very rude, sarcastic, and discriminating staff. I would not recommend shopping here unless you are Hispanic or White, I see those are the only customers treat with even the slightest respect or customer service.

poor product selection but great employees

When buying paint...it seems to be the most difficult to get to and the store manager seems to think that the aisle to enter and exit in front of the paint booth is a perfect place to keep display items....meanwhile you inconvenience each of your painting customers by having the aisles filled with merchandise that people with big and little carts have to say excuse me to each person standing at the pickup window to grab their paint.

It is always pleasant to go shopping where customer service is still important. Everyone from floor crew to checkout is helpful and have a smile!

this store is a total mess everywhere all the time. the parking lot is a war zone. it is embarrassing. there is clutter everywhere and no employees to help the customers. the return area is a joke, 5 employees helping one person with ten people in line. it has been this way for decades and nothing changes. the only thing that has gotten better is the self check out area that gets customers out in a timely manner.

The employee standing at the door was extremely rude when I asked for the location of a certain product. She made it clear that was not part of her job. Then, I experienced several other employees who either walked away briskly when they saw me coming towards them or they acted very irritated when I asked them for the location of a product. (this has happened on several visits) I dread going to this location for this very reason.

This is my local store and I visit it often. Recently I placed an order for delivery and unfortunately not all the items were delivered at the same time. I spoke to Claire and she was very helpful and determined to fix my problem and insure that I received my missing items as soon as possible. I call that, immaculate customer service! I would definitely recommend this store and that you Claire for making it right.

This store is always busy but then that is expected as it has a lot of helpful associates.

I went to this Home Depot to get a few supplies to build a rug frame in my home for personal reasons and let me tell you I don’t know anything about anything. But there was this man by the name of Roderick who took his time with me and made sure I had absolutely everything I needed. He politely answered every question I had and when there was something I needed that I didn’t have he went out of his way to go down the aisles and find the specific materials I needed. I didn’t have to lift one finger and I’m so grateful! Roderick is definitely a blessing and he’s part of the reason I love this Home Depot in particular! I look forward to my next trip to this Home Depot!! Thank you Roderick!!

There are varieties of products for different sizes of home improvement projects with the limited budget. It's a big help for finding items from clearance rack especially the paint and lumber. It does help to finish any project with the low price done right. Thank you : )

Warm welcome as we entered the store, the ease to find the item we wanted was easier , very helping staffs.

Always have what I am looking for, It is close to the house, clean, and organized. Could use a few more team members as store seems to be busy everytime I go there. Sometimes getting someone to help can take much longer than I like to wait...

Compared to previous experiences in the store, yesterdays trip was enhanced by a new employee I'd never met before, who is assigned to Special Services. Aurea Rosa greeted me as I came in, in a wheelchair, alone, and proved knowledgeable about my DUI project. She showed me a couple of quick video clips of how to build a rocket stove, then loaded up the certain types of cement blocks I needed. No time was wasted, she was friendly, and I felt like a valued customer. In the past, I had to beg and plead for any help whatsoever, so I was pleased and surprised that they have finally hired more help. But the garden center was a much less friendly place, and if it weren't for another CUSTOMER who loaded the blocks and pavers into my van, I might still be sitting there shivering, waiting for employees to end their socializing in the aisle!

Good atmosphere almost every employee helping a customer and products are easy to find in fact the aisles are listed for products you are looking for so that makes it super convient. One of the vest go to stores to rebuild or work on a home project.

Cashier Syieril was a great cashier ! She makes the store a friendly environment to be in. Will be back soon. Thanks Syieril for being GREAT !

I wrote a review and they sent an email saying it was rejected because it was not complementary. They suggested I review he guidelines but where it says "Review Guidelines" is not a hyperlink and therefore I cannot acess it to review it. I am sure this one will be rejected as well.
