This comment is in regards to to receipt 2742 00002 dated 03-18-2022 at 5:25P for $449.15. The reason for this response referencing this is that the receipt that I the original receipt was water damaged and could not be fully read. The casher was friendly, however, "Zawu", a floor person working stocking the electrical isle was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the second time that he has assisted me and I was very pleased each time.

I needed paint and also got advice and a smile and all the help I needed with pleasure. Even my cashier was awesome in helping me.

Very friendly and professional staff at the Northville store.

Douglas was very helpful with helping up out with our clearance tile purchase. He even walked us up to cashier to insure that the cashier rung our purchases up correctly.

Received excellent service from Suzette in the paint department with my choice of paint for my basement floor. Also great help checking out at the register from Lisa. Thank you ladies for the great service.

We just recently moved to the area, and were shopping for items we needed for our new home, aisles were well marked and employees were very helpful in locating items and suggestions

The Northville store is well stocked and has always had whatever I need. The store personnel are very polite, respectful, and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The store is neat and clean.

Been shopping here for years! From the garden center throughout the rest of the store, this is a fun shopping trip. We like to save money doing things ourselves, and I enjoy looking around and remembering how nice the employees were, how easy it was to get supplies, how accurate the advice we received was. The store is always clean. You can shop online first, and see the aisle and location of what you want. The employees will assist you to make sure you chose the right items for the job. They have everything you need!

Visit date: Fri June 25, 2021 This store always is very clean and organized. The employees throughout the store are always enthusiastic about assisting the customers, which helps make my visits here quick and stress-free. I never have to wander around searching for anything as employees are always around and available to help. CD(David) in the paint department was especially knowledgeable and was helpful in my making an informed decision on the correct product to buy. He was friendly and very efficient at his job.

Nice clean, well organized store. Associates were pleasant and helpful.

Everyone in this store is very friendly and helpful. I was making a special fitting for my table saw vacuum system and the person in plumbing spent a good 15 minutes working with me to find the parts that I could modify to fit together. I wish they would reopen the hotdog stand. Miss it.

If you would like to go to a store where there are a multitude of employees standing around chatting, you can even hear what they’re saying as you walk by, wait for lengthy times to be assisted once they’re paged and receive rude and condescending comments then this Home Depot is your place to go!

I do all my home improvement shopping at Home Depot. I live in Michigan. I usually go to the Plymouth or Canton stores. Never any issues there. I went to the Northville store for the first time in several years. It will be the last time. The checkout in the garden area has a terrible setup. The cashiers are rude. I never write a review with a complaint but this one stuck with me.

In particular, we enjoyed the flowers on display to purchase! Thank you!

What is happening at this Home Depot? My last two visits I could not find anyone to help me. Then at check out only 4 self service stations open with a long line of people waiting to check out. Three employees just standing there watching the whole thing.

The paint counter at 2:00 PM Friday the 14th of May stunk. Horrible customer service

missing signage and price tags. Messy aisles. only using self checkouts unless going through long line at contractors lane.

I was recently shopping in the Northville Home Depot it was very busy I am a contractor and have checked out at the pro desk numerous times generally they seem happy to handle overflow when the cashier needs it. On this particular trip I ran into a young man with a very big chip on his shoulder instead of helping he was a complete jerk. When I finally made it down to another cashier I could hear him talking about me on the phone how unprofessional if you get a chance to use another DEPOT I would recommend it.

Everything regarding shopping in this store is fine, but I wanted you to know that I am totally disappointed in the company's support for sanctions against the state of Georgia in lieu of their legislation's passage of a common sense voter ID law. Sell hardware and leave the laws of Georgia and every other to their governments. Don't be intimidated or fall in line with the WOKE culture representatives. They cannot touch you until they get total control of our economy. Then you biggies will be among the first victims of the purge.

Sent me on a wild goose chase to find tiles to finish a project. When I got to Farmington Hills they didn’t have the tile I wanted. We found out Livonia has 17 of them so I am on my way there... oh wait they do have them but they won’t price match.
