Extremely kind the second you enter the store, helpful every step of the way. Store is clean and well stocked. Katherine the lady that checked us out was very kind to my dogs and gave them a cookie from her pocket. She has canine friends for life.

Store was clean. Great experience . . . caring, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly employees who cared about the customers and knew of what they spoke. Easy to find for what we were looking. Got assistance with no problem . . . lined it up in advance and friendly employee was there and waiting and ready and just as helpful as on the phone.

Customer loyalty means nothing, the manger on duty was not interested in offering any solution to a simple problem, instead she lost a customer that spends thousands of dollars a month at her store

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at the Northville store , the staff is always friendly and always willing to go out of there way to find me what I’m looking for . I do a lot of home projects and Home Depot seems to be my highest bill every year ,I always go to Home Depot first because I know the selection will usually get me what I am looking for 9/10 times . I’ve been to other Home Depot’s but the Northville one is my favorite one .

The sales person from garden area did excellent job to help select the right snow blower for my need. The problem happened during checkout where coupon and new home depot card combination did not work well. Later it was managed but in the bargain I lost around 15$ of coupon value. Since snow blower did not fit in my sedan car trunk, I wanted to try delivery option. However, they asked us to pay 80$ for shipping but it seems to be free as my purchase was more than 630$. In turn they asked me to rent 19$ pick up truck to avoid 80$ delivery fee. They were simply not interested to help. I was in verge on canceling the purchase but luckily my friend was in the store and helped me move the snow blower in his truck.

I returned a Humidifier that I did not actually need at your Store# 2704 on 12/18/2020, but till 4 days later I do not see the refund being issued to my credit card!! When I called the Northville store the said they can't help and directed to homedepot.com where that rep told me that they do not even see this transaction?! When Home Depot can charge our Credit Card acc. immediately the why does Home Depot take 5-7 days to issue refund?? Not Acceptable!

Convenient location & friendly staff makes me go shop at HD Northville.

The store is convenient to home, about a short 10 minute ride and is always stock well with employees that can always direct you to the isle that your are looking for and knowledgeable about the store products. I like the fact that there is a greeter that can quickly direct you to the location of what you are looking for and often walks you to that area of the store. The store is always clean and well organized.

Joe, the appliance manager, was great to work with! Donna, the cashier, was friendly and helpful! Clean, welcoming and organized store!

The Home Depot Greeter, who was an man 55-65 years old was wearing his mask incorrectly, his nose was not covered and his mouth barely was. When I asked him to cover his nose he was very loud and in a sarcastic voice yelled something like, "Thank you for coming to Home Depot", twice. Later he did not have his nose covered again. Everyone else in the store was. I was very disappointed.

Erik helped me with my purchase and it was very efficient. Did not have to wait.

Pat from electrical dept. helped me to find the required outside light bulbs for my garage. Joe Z., the cashier was very helpful and came up to me and said that he would help me at the register. Thanks Joe Z. Very professional. This is why I like the Northville store. I always get help from every employee. Great job to all at the Northville store No. 2704.

I know I may be a bit prejudice about this store because it's my go to store for all things sold by them, but, I feel that as soon as I get in the store, the problem that I am dealing with is almost solved. The employees display courtesy and empathy with the best of them. It's just so nice to feel confident about my shopping experience.

I have shopped at the Northville Home Depot for many years. I do alot of home repairs and renovations on my own and have always found what I needed to do them with. Also, being a woman, the mostly male service associates on the floor were always very helpful in helping me find the right tool or object for my repairs. A very nice store to shop in.

Better than most home improvement stores.

you can not get help. you wait 30 mins to get a chain saw unlocked on a sunday morning at 9:30am and was told by customer service she had 4 works in lawn and garden. wow 30 mins to get a chain saw unlocked. which never was done. i left.

Clean store, excellent product availablity, covid-guidelines used. But, dogs were in the store - beware.

Cashier Dianna helped me with my return . She was professional , very fast , reliable , and I can’t leave out how great her hair was braided and beautiful she was . Besides the fact of the employees gorgeousness , the store very well matched her looks ! Neat, clean , and pleasant! I was there the day before and was surprised how friendly and well trained the staff was . Usually I asked for help and can’t find anyone or when I do get help the employees don’t know where the item is but not this store . Everyone was great. I recommend this store to anyone in the Northville area . Great store !

Lata is an associate in the Electrical department at the Northville HD. She is very knowledgeable about electrical projects for DIYs. With her help, I was able to purchase the components I needed to successfully finish my projects (wire a ceiling fan and install an outside GFI).

Was accused of stealing because the lady at the self checkout was busy helping someone else and didn’t see me pay. She didn’t see me scan the item, put my credit card in and take my receipt?! So embarrassing, especially in front of my 4 kids! Hey kids watch mommy steal this huge a*@ package of lights real quick! What a joke! Never accuse someone of stealing unless you are absolutely sure! Wish I would have just kept on walking instead of showing her the receipt.

I have been reclaiming a commercial building in Detroit for past 10 years. I have been constantly in your store to buy various materials, tools & supplies. Over time I have consistently dealt with an employee (Donna B) who has always been courteous and extended herself on several occassions when materials were not scanning correctly to contact the department and correct any problems.

Covid clean! People especially Grace was kind and helpful. Felt taken care of. Prompt accurate answers to questions. Good efficient shopping experience. Enough stock.
