Jason in Pro Services and Melody in Customer Service both provided courteous, professional and exceptional customer service today. I purchased a large amount of decking materials and they went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. They both exhibited pride in their jobs and went above and beyond expectations. Great job and I look forward to making this location my "home" store.

This store has items in stock but the employees don't know what they are or their locations. Found the Plymouth Township store employees more helpful

Was not greeted by any workers at this store. I walked past a manager three times and he also did not even say hello. First time and last time at store #2704 - Northville. Also, the store seemed to be a very tight fit. The products were spaced out in some areas, but I felt fairly claustrophobic with how narrow the aisles were.

Great store and people

Product we purchased was delivered late, damaged, and the repair/placement process has been excruciating even though we bought the protection plan.

Excellent customer service with staff

A sad and disturbing situation occurred on June 24 2020 at your Northville,Mi store #2704.The woman who directed customers to the proper station to pay for their items was extremely rude. When I approached the line no one was ahead of me. She attempted to direct me to a line marked "Credit Payment". I explained that I was paying in cash. She then rolled her eyes and said " it won't be long before you will not be able to pay in cash, they have already started setting up the system''.My response was ''Really ,I thought cash was legal tender." I do not know why she was so upset with me.I do not wish to be lectured by someone whose very employment rests on the fact that I purchase items from your business. Maybe it is because I am moving up in years and she thought she could bring me into the future with her comments. I do not wish to be addressed in this manner ever. I make a concerted effort to be pleasant to all the people who I have had to deal with during these difficult times. I can only imagine how stressful dealing with the general public is ,but an indignant attitude towards those who make it possible for them to have a job and to make such condescending comments is wholly unacceptable. Her attitude and the context of what she conveyed will have me considering my patronage to Home Depot.

This store has really stepped up to keep people separate yet move them promptly through the checkout process. An employee has been directing customers to the next available register. Really keeps things moving. The cashier was very friendly.

Good safety measures in place

Ryan, the lot attendant, came up to me and seen that I needed help loading 14 bags of mulch into my vehicle. Thank you Ryan for your help.

Good people, usually have the items needed in stock and the store is organized.

Not all associates were wearing masks. The commonly touched pin pad and handheld devices were not being cleaned between each customer.

Donna the cashier at the Northville store #2704 is always helpful and friendly. She makes sure that customers are always happy with their purchase. Thank you Donna.

Jake and Andrew and another guy (sorry didn't catch his name!) were BEYOND helpful and took the time to get something down for me from the top shelf even though it required a forklift and fencing off the aisles. They were very safe and quick as can be and didn't complain or gripe...they were pleasant the whole time and I'm so grateful for their help. I offered to just buy it online and pick it up another day but they insisted on getting what I came for at that moment. I thanked them profusely and I hope that other customers appreciate their commitment. The third associate even took time to acknowledge and help two other customers who were waiting. It was great to see your staff be so absolutely aware of the needs of so many customers at once. David from the paint department was also super helpful and pleasant. He really made me smile! I love this store!!!!

In the whole Detroit area, this is THE best store. From cleanliness to a wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. What I'm looking for is always on the shelf. Way faster checkout as well. Even if this store is not the closest to a job site, I choose it over all of the others.

CASHIER DEBBIE WAS THE WORST. I SAT THE ITEMS ON THE COUNTER. SHE SAYS NOW HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO REACH THAT AS SHE REACHED AND SNATCHED THE 1ST ITEM. I SLID THE OTHERS TO HER AND SAID ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS ASK ME TO PUSH THEM CLOSER. SHE THEN YELLS I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE IM SO SICK OF THESE PPL. I TOLD HER ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU HAVE TO WORK TODAY. SHE CONTINUES TO HUFF AND PUFF AND SNATCH AND SLAM MY ITEMS. I ASKED HER NAME SHE PROUDLY SHOWS ME HER NAME AND SAYS SHE DOESNT CARE. IT WAS OBVIOUS SHE HATES HER JOB AND NEEDS TO BE EITHER TRAINED OR TERMINATED. SHE SHOULD NOT HOWEVER BE ALLOWED TO ABUSE CUSTOMERS.

The store employees were very helpful in finding me the right product, they were pleasant, and very courteous.

The Northville Home Depot is clean. The staff ALWAYS go out of their way to satisfy my project needs and are great at giving awesome advice. I will continue to shop there and refer my family and friends to do the same.

Northville Store #2704. There were no soft white 65W bulbs on the shelf and Erik went out of his way to help me locate them. I go to this store often since it is one mile from my home and Erik is always there to help everyone. He is a people person and always , always there in the entrance of the store to help anyone and everyone. He is the BEST of the BEST. Thanks Erik. You make my shopping experience so easy when I shop at the Northville Home Depot.

Northville Store #2704 Barbara the cashier seen me approaching the check out and immediately asked me if I need help to check out. She has always been one of the best cashiers. She is friendly and helpful to everyone. Great job again Barbara. Thank you.

I live near the Eastland store but my son purchased his house near Livonia store & Northville Store. The customer service & help from these stores is much better than Eastland store! I spent $1200 on appliances here and the service was great. I waited at my local store for over 30 minutes with no salesperson available?!!! So we purchased our washer & dryer here. Next week we need a dishwasher & other things from the store & I will go to Northville without any hesitation. Thank You Northville Employees !
