Every time I come to this stores there is always someone there to help. Keep up the good work.

I finally decided to write a review (Brandy asks me to do so every time I check out with her so here it is. She greets me with a smile always. She gives A+++ customer service.

Brandy has always been the person I go to and her compassion and kindness is the reason.

Great crew! Very helpful every trip. Walter Hall is great!

employees are not very helpful and won't even look at you I guess they're scared you may ask for help... BUT the girl at the paint counter tried very hard to help me. not many choices to choose from when it comes to stain.

There was a young lady with very long hair at the customer service desk that was quite rude. Not only did she have a horrible fowl mouth but I waited a good 20 seconds before she looked up from her phone to acknowledge me and by then I went on to someone else. I have noticed the employees at this store seem to always be on their phones - not good practice.

Not a big fan of this store. Items I need are rarely stocked and untidy if they are, making things hard to find. There are a few knowledgable, friendly employees, but others could really care less. I frequently drive further to a better store or Lowe's, even though this store is considerably closer.

Scott was such a courteous and helpful checkout clerk. He was alert and attentive and efficient. There was an issue with the credit card machine. He was knowledgeable and aware of the issue and helpful and patient in knowing EXACTLY what needed to be done to facilitate checkout. His kindness was so appreciated!

I really appreciate the friendly service I get from the ladies at the Customer service counter.

The 2 early morning customer service ladies are great. They both greeted me with a smile and that is refreshing so early in the morning.

I don't usually write a review but Brandys customer service warrants one. Wanting to check out, Sherry, busy looking at her phone, told me she wasn't on a register so Brandy jumped right in and took care of me immediately with a smile. Brandy also signed me up for a Home Depot credit card I didn't realize I needed. Brandy represents the kind of customer service that keeps me shopping at home depot. Thank you Brandy.

The employees Erica, John & Isaias were so helpful. They got me what I needed in no time & they were very friendly. Judy the cahsier was great as well. I gv them kudos & will def be back to that Forest Lane location.

This store is amazing. Extremely clean and well put. The customer service is amazing as well.

I went into today to purchase products from the store on Forest Lane near Josey, and needed some assistance. It was a joke. I think i could have ran through the store naked and no one would notice. The manager was very nice and listened to my complaint.

THIS STORE IS VERY CONVENIENT AND IS CLOSE TO MY HOME. BUT THAT IS NOT THE ONLY REASON I GO THERE, JOHN IN FLOORING IS SUPER HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS WILLING TO HELP. STORE IS CLEAN AND THE ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY. THERE IS A GREAT PRODUCT SELECTION AND THEY ARE GOOD AT SHOWING NEW PRODUCTS.

Need a manager who can put together a complete package for people like me that are gutting a 2,000 Sq ft home. Needed everything and I mean everything from new toilets, vents, paint, floor tile, bathroom tile, laundry venting, shelving, etc, etc. If I would have received a discount that i was aware I would receive if I purchased certain items from HD, then I would have done 90% of the remodel with you folks. At present I have spent over $10,000 but only $2,000 with HD. You need a program for a single room up to a full house remodel. Lost sales are lost sales. If I had a purchase program discount as an example, I would have purchased a lot more from HD. You need a project manager with various programs and discounts to offer. Just my thoughts. HW

Stellar Service! Every home project store has pretty much the same stuff, the same tools, the same equipment. What the other stores don't have is Billie! I moved into a new home and needed to change all the locks and door knobs and reset some locks too, since the previous owners couldn't find all the keys. Odd, I know, right? A good security company is great but if you can't lock your front door, not much use in either. Anyway, Billie took the time to listen to my story and check out the photos on my phone. She walked me through what she thought I needed and even told me what I needed to do to replace and reset some of the locks. I thought it was going to be like a trip to the dealership for my car - hard sell to get the most out of you. Billie wasn't that way at all. She knows her stuff and really takes customer service to the next level!! Thank You Billie!

I had some tools stolen from this location. Manager and employee did not help at all with my situation. Told me to contact corporate. Shows how much home depot cares about there customers. That's just my opinion.
