Trevor and will went above and beyond to help us to get a grill to fit our car by removing the screws having to put them back took some time out of their day

Ordered a $1,000 shower door that was supposed to be in in two weeks. Took 4 weeks missing pieces. Complained 4 times before being told to go online an order and pay for a second door and they would let me take the missing pieces and then I could get a refund for one of the doors. Or I could return what I had and get a refund. Would anybody in their right mind order and pay and wait for a second door to come in based on the experience of the first door?

My boyfriend and I shop at Home Depot weekly. He is an electrician and handyman and we have been remodeling our house the last four months and are at Home Depot at least 3x a week. Our home store in the central location, but we’ve had a couple issues there so we decided to come to the west maple location and are so glad we did. Our last visit to the store we bought our flooring which was about a pallet of flooring. Susan the assistant manager was SO helpful! She took her time to tell us about the Home Depot pro xtra rewards program and signed us up. She answered all of our questions and helped us with our entire purchase. She was extremely knowledge about everything and so nice!! The definition of great customer service! Gannon and the other gentleman in flooring whose name started with a D were also very helpful. They loaded up our flooring and assisted with our purchase and were very nice and helpful! We are so impressed with the customer service at this store and will only shop at this location from here on out.

I'd really like to thank the employees at The Home Depot for their help during my recent shopping experience. You can tell they work hard to keep the store in working order and are always there to help...especially when you drop your old light bulb! :) Kudos to how quickly someone engaged and assisted me!

I have found that the staff at Home Depot really does seem to want to help. They are always courteous and helpful. LOVE THIS PLACE!! ANYWHERE I GO THAT THERE'S A HOME DEPOT....I'LL GO THERE 1ST

the store is good the employees will fix corporate and credit problems if it is not your doing. products are placed according to their logic ask an employee it takes too long to search the store. shop vacuums are placed I think by volume not brand. they are in different places than other vacuums. that sort of thing it took too long because I wanted to know how it works. it works by asking someone I found out

Thank you to the customer service reps who helped us with a recent grill order: Rebecca who helped us place the order for an in-store item and one to be ordered online; Martha & Jaimee who had to track down the grill in the building only to find it not assembled. These girls got an assembly team going on it right away and within 2 hours it was ready for pick up along with the grill cover that was ordered earlier and arrived within a week at the store. Also, Jordan who was one of the guys who worked on assembling the grill and then helped load it in our vehicle. All 4 employees were patient, persistent, and very friendly and helpful!

Great customer service and prices!

Nataly maybe be one of the best employees I have ever encountered, she maked my experience great even thought there where some product issues.

An employee named Jordan Hammond got a flat cart for me and helped me through the store to find my items I needed. He also pushed them out to my car and loaded it.

Most of the store employees were friendly and helpful. The greater (I think his name is Chris) was his usual friendly and engaging self. I noticed that he even joked with some of the customers. Jamie, the checkout clerk was friendly and very helpful.

Jason Eastman was very helpful and it was greatly appreciated.

Staff are rude, unprofessional and have no idea what is going on. If you have any questions about anything go to a different store.

highly recommend Mark and Nicole in hwr, Jay in electrical, Rich in Paints George in customer service and think very highly of the store managerr Will. hd really needs more knowledgeable long term employees that are willing to walk outside their designated area an educate themselves about other areas in the store.

Horrible customer service, no employees around, needed some cuts on wood took me over 30 minutes to find someone, asking 2 employees to call someone ( they did not make any overhead announcement. Called store phone number but was unable to connect with a live person. Kept circling & looking for assistance, found same 2 employees who said they would call someone, asked them to make call again this time they did in my presence. Still no response, finally found someone in cabinet section who could make the cuts

Great experience ... was looking for an 8 ft piece of 6" PVC pipe and the only inventory the Omaha store had displayed was 10ft lengths ... the floor rep left to get a mgr & they were able to cut the pipe for me..... super service !

Andrew in the Garden Center and another employee in the lighting department are top notch. Great store, my favorite place to shop in Omaha.

I have shopped at this location several times and have always experienced good customer service. Most recently, I experienced great customer service from two (2) associates (Natalie and Mike). They went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with an item I wanted to purchase.

Great Customer Service and feedback for DIY people. We are not all pros and getting information from pros is the next best thing. Store is very clean all the time. Assistance is positive and fast for customers trying to get projects done.

We were very happy with the customer service we received in paint and doors. Gannon in doors was great to work with.

I have an extensive list, of more convenient locations, of other home improvement stores; Yet, I choose to drive, further out, to shop here. Rich, from the paint department, is very knowledgeable! He always has the answers, and I really enjoy his pleasantries. Trevor is so kind, and is a very hard worker! Will, the store manager, understands the importance, of each, and every, customer. Marcelys, always makes me smile! Fantastic team! Always my first choice!
