During my visit the store needed an experienced snowblower guy like me to help customers, with gas cans, Oil, Parts etc. I need a Job, so I could be a good fit this winter.

Had a comfortable time at the store neat and clean ran into a classmate from the same High School ( Chicago Vocational High School) Her name is Joy Class of 1975 Myself Class of 1979. She helped make sure all items where scan properly and I received my receipt too. It was great talking with here as well too.

this store ok for product selection but very poor when it comes to customer service.

Employees at this location go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. As an older woman doing home repairs, they help me immensely.

Customer service is consistently good in my experience at this Home Depot. I recently received great assistance from Michelle who was friendly and helpful in finding the items I was looking for. I will return.

EVEN THOUGH WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WASN'T IN STOCK THE STORE WAS CLEAN SHELFS ORGANIZE EMPLOYEES WERE NICE CHECK OUT WAS COOL GOOD JOB, ETC....

The store was clean and the products that I was looking for was available. The manager Nicole was not helpful and was fine with not being helpful. Nicole did not take accountability nor apologize for their cashier for messing up my credit and pushed me off like I was the problem. This store was one of the worst stores that I've been to just because of the personnel.

If you need paint, go see Linda. She knows her stuff and is a treat to deal with. She may be alone so you may have to wait for her but she’s worth it!

Great store and An associate named Carson went above and beyond to hep us locate a grill while helping other customers!

I have shopped at the Home Depot in Oak Lawn, IL. for years. I always find what I need and the associates are helpful and answer any questions I may have, or will find some one who will be able to help me. The Store is clean and I can easily find what I am looking for. The Cashiers are friendly and I never have to wait long in line. I highly recommend the Home Depot in Oak Lawn. I

The store had everything I needed. EVERY employee I passed by spoke to say “good morning”. When I looked lost they inquired to assist.

Very ignorant employees. Good Luck visiting the Garden Center if Joe is working. He only lets young ladies in that way. It clearly says "EXIT ONLY" but if he likes you, you can skip the policy where you are supposed to go in the main doors due to the virus because only so many people are allowed in the store at once. Also the cashier named Gina did not speak a word. No hello, thank you, have a nice day, nothing. Very rude!!

Always stocked well---good staff. Sam in the appliance sales section has been very helpful on some purchases I've made in the last year---knows his product & is easy to work with.

This store is always organized and staff are extremely friendly and professional.

During this declared state of emergency, employees where unusually warm and engaging, compared to other stores. The large self checkout screens help reduce employee exposure. Where Menards cashiers are fully exposed. I would like to see more hand sanitizers available to customers and staff through the store.

Employees at this store are very friendly! Tile consultant gave great advice about dark grout on white tile, and helped us do a store to store pick up. Joy the cashier was very kind even though we were the last to leave and held her a few minutes over. Highly recommended...

This is my favorite store because it always has what I'm looking for, it is always a neat, comfortable and convenient place to shop. ❤❤
