I had a great experience at this Home Depot primarily because of two employees, Joy and Karen C. It wasn’t so much how they helped me with my tool purchase, but more so how they did it. Both ladies were professional, friendly, and respectful, which is all I could have asked for. In addition they helped me save a lot of money! We’re lucky to have them here at our local Home Depot. Thanks ladies!

The store is neat and clean. They have a large variety of merchandise. Difficult to find someone in the store to assist you with purchases and information. You can walk around quite a while looking for someone to help you. When you do find someone to assist you. They are usually very helpful.

The store is clean and products are easy to find. The employees are ready and willing to help with any customers needs.

Our goal was to leave the store with a washer we could take home today. Nicole located a high end washer on clearance in the store, with a reasonable enough price that my husband and I purchased the matching dryer. Both items were purchased, packaged, and placed in our van in under 30 minutes.

Great store, although I wish that they wouldn't clutter the main aisle with product. Most times I am able to get assistance when needed. Clean store. Easy to find the products I need thanks to good signage and helpful employees.

Staff is always helpful here in helping people locate items needed. Store is well kept up and stocked excellently! Returns desk is quick here!

Just want to send a shout out to the employee Regina Eddings in the Design Center for assisting us with our Washing Machine Purchase. She went above and beyond to help put our order in, the employee that was working the area was nowhere to be found. Even when he returned to his station he never to initiative and I appreciate her stepping up.

My favorite Home Depot!! Store always clean, shelves neat and well stocked. Employees friendly and knowledgeable. Recently purchased a shed for delivery and to be assembled by an outside contractor. Cashier named Tamma made my experience very pleasureable. She was very professional, contacted the installer and was then able to answer all my questions.

WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!! I had a really, really great experience here. Especially with Michelle from the garden department. She went up and beyond her duties to help me. I am really thankful and quite frankly surprised at the great service she provided. Thank you Michelle !!!

What a pleasant shopping experience at the Oak Lawn Home Depot. My brother and I are from out of state and needed to make a purchase for a family member in Chicago. Although this was the not the closest location, we decided on this on because of a not so good experience at the 87th street location. Store was clean and organized. Sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to shop at this location as we assist family with there home improvement needs.

This store is one of the nicest stores I have been to. Not only is the store neat and clean, but it’s well organized and the employees are very considerate, knowledgeable, great listeners, and helpful. Their employees go over and beyond to make sure that they will assist you and point you to the right direction, or walk you over to where you can find what you are looking for. If you need a particular product that’s not in the store they let you know where you can find it at online also. My experience was very positive here and I’m sure that I will come back in the near future! Thanks Home Depot for making my day!!

Willie is the person that made my experience above and beyond. He's a nice older man and he always goes out of the way to help me! I always notice him helping other customers as well. He always greets me and others, he walks us to the location of whatever items we need, and he always ask if there's anything else we need help with. A person like Willie is very hard to come by these days. He gives quality customer service and is now my personal shopper!

This store always have available and knowledgeable employees to help and answer questions. Compare to other home improvement stores, I would always find what I need at this Home Depot store. No need to shop any other home improvement store.

Lawn and Garden associate Michelle was outstanding, went above and beyond to help me. The world needs more people like that.

I was looking for a 34x80 security door and Home Depot had it in stock while other home improvement stores had to put it on special order.

The employees at this store are better than any other store we visit. We will drive out of our way to come to this location because of the pro desk employees and general employees in the store. Knowledgeable and efficient.

Jocelyn, Katy @ the customer service desk are exceptional young ladies who always make my shopping experience so much better, you can tell these girls put alot of effort into making customers feel like they are home, wanted, and seem to love the store so much, they are keepers! The service desk girls in general are a bunch of friendly girls! checkouts are always quick. As I move into my new home, i will enjoy shopping here and buying all my product from the homedepot oak lawn!
