I went in to buy a grill and Chad, an associate, helped me find the perfect grill.. measured my car to make sure it would fit and helped me load it in!! Incredibly helpful!

I have been shopping at this store for about 9 years now and I have never had a bad experience. I can get in and out without wasting any production time and they always have what I need. What can I say. A+ 5 Stars ALL THE WY. Thank you kindly for the great services and a wonderful staff.

I generally get very good service and advise. Hours are good. Most of the staff are good to work with, even if I need a special order.

I ordered a light fixture online and had an issue with it. Immediately upon entering the store, I had help locating what I needed. And then after explaining the situation to customer service, the awesome lady (Seve) gave us a solution that we didn’t even expect. Customer service like it use to be.

Richard was very helpful in the return process, he also helped me to find the power tool I was looking for.

Erica at the pro desk is exceptional at her job, knowledgeable, kind, and went out of her way to assist in everything I ask her to help with

I will not shop this store or other locations again. My chip on my card doesn't work, so I was going through the motions with my card and the terminal, Barbara on register 8 at 11:37 am 9-5, proceeded to rip my card from my hands to continue with the terminal. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE behavior of a proper customer service representative of your company.

If somebody has a problem with this homedepot it's because that specific person needs to learn how to act. Everybody works hard and does a great job. Love it.

We went through several projects in the house, plumbing, rebuilding the staircase, redoing the basement, etc, and home depot was alway our first spot to check for supplies and we were never disappointed.

I bought a week ago, a ladder MULTI-POSITION PRO with Powerlite Rails with 375 lb load capacity, 22 feet reach height extension. This ladder is able to be adjusted to 32 adjustable positions. Lightest Werner 375lb load capacity. It is a great ladder for the price I paid for. I fully recommend Home Depot for good quality tools and materials of all kinds to fix and build houses and buildings.

I bought a 60-amp GFCI Spar Panel. They hard to get and Home Depot always has them.

Our old trimmer gave up the ghost after 10 years of dependable service. We like the need trimmer a lot because the blade is longer, zips through trimming and is cordless and battery can be charged with charger included.

We purchased kitchen and bathroom countertops from Liz Govatos. We love the support we received in making these difficult choices. Liz's knowledge, expertise, and friendly attitude made the whole experience noteworthy!

I went to buy one item. I needed a person to get it out of the locked cabinet. I asked 2 different times at customer service counter and two different associates in the store. It took 25 minutes to get one item and pay for it.

Found a ridged sander and Cortney explained the value of a product that has a fantastic warranty if any problem develops. Again this is what I would want from my employees everyday to make people want to return again &again . Please thank these folks for a wonderful efforts.
