Jake in the fasteners and chain area helped me find what I needed. The cashier in the contract cashier line was polite, professional and quickly got me through the check out line.

I've always had a good shopping experience at this homedepot. The staff id friendly and helpful. I'm usually in and out quickly because of their business process and customer focus. It's my go to store.

Garrik Tanner in Design consulting helped me tremendously with confusion on how a shower part would work. He was patient and explained it all to me so I understood it, and helped me figure out what parts I needed for my project.

Clean store product availability helpful staff

Went in to the store looking for a tool needed for a home project. Found the tool but the price was higher than two other retailers prices. I almost walked out of the store when the associate offered a lower price on the tool. Ended up buying the tool and an accessory pack. Knowledgeable associates do create repeat customers.

We love this Home Depot because of their outstanding customer service, including the associate’s knowledge of products, their helpfulness, friendliness and our Military appreciation discount! The store is always clean, aisles are well marked and well stocked unless they’ve had a run on some products. This is our favorite store to shop at!

Items are stocked in a manner that makes sense. Things are easy to find. Employees seem to actually care about the customer.

I have found that when I need to ask a question, that I am able to quickly get help from a HD employee at the Ogden store. They have always been helpful and friendly.

People are friendly but too many thing in the aisles.

Great store, unless you are a woman. I have grown up operating power tools, all sorts of saws, etc. I went to buy a circular saw & received the most "mansplaining" moment ever. The sales associate never answered my Q about when the model I wanted will be in stock. Instead he decided to explain that these were used for cutting wood (no duh), this model is too heavy for me (ive used it before), & that it wasn't enough amp (it was enough). He then PUT a different brand in my cart & told me it was a good starter saw for me to learn on. He just assumed I had never touched one EVER. I had my husband go in a little later & he received the opposite experience from the same guy (I have WAY more experience than he does). I have never been treated this different. It's the 21st century, lets try a little harder.

You have a new manager who came from the Logan store who actually helped restore my loyalty to this store. I'ts 1:48 AM. I usually don't do surveys. I got out of bed to take it. I don't care about the prize. Just want you to know that the store has improved.

The employees at this Home Depot are always so friendly. Also, when I need to find something, I'll ask an employee and instead of just pointing the way, they drop what they're doing and take me to the item. THAT'S Customer Awareness, and Service!!

I had an excellent experience at the Ogden store. Sue helped me at the self checkout and she was so pleasant to work with that she really made me feel good through the experience. She firs helped me enter my veteran status and then I left a bag and she ran it out to my car. She was pleasant. I have had similar things happen at other stores and received help but not with the positive and friendly attitude that Sue demonstrated.
