I found the product I was looking for and I found a customer service representative to me help that was very informational and helpful. The store was clean and alot of blinds to chose from on the shelves. I would shop at this store again.

The way you treat veterans is horrible compared to other stores. 10% is standard, and I expected that, but I was not aware of the $50 Max discount that the cashier said was all I would get. I called that night and the Corporate help center said that was not the case, said that it was actually a $500 max discount, and I should go back to the store and talk to the manager. I did, and got the same story. Nowhere does it say max discount of $50. that is a rediculous policy anyway. The manager refused to honor the full 10%. I will not be back. Lowes for me from now on.

The staff is very knowledgeable and I loved the cashier we had today. He was friendly, helpful and happy. I even offered to buy him a candy bar as I was buying one for my daughter.

Too many loaded carts, assembled for online customers, sitting idle for long periods of time, blocking aisles and access to products.

Store employees are rude and will shift eyes and change direction to avoid assisting customers that are clearly in need of support. One of the store's "managers" chose to get into a verbal altercation with me rather than assist in solving the problem or even identifying what the problems were. Tool rental area is a disgusting, disordered mess. I have observed mice running through the middle sections of the store and would caution checking bulky items before bringing them in to avoid new housemates. Ogden competitors are far superior.

All employees I have interacted with are very helpful and have very good knowledge about the stores items. I have shopped in this store since it opened, and I have tried other retailers and none compare with the selection and price.

Costumer service was awesome by the employees, but the management not so much. During my ordeal to get all of the items I’ve purchased and spent 3000 dollars on, I wasn’t able to talk to any one in management the ladies on costumer service helped me the most they could.

First time in self check out the help I got was very friendly and very helpful

$600 the last 3 days at an out of town home depot is a lot of money. Today, however, we purchased (4) rigid gang boxes ($1,369). We found them, I asked for assistance. Waited 15 minutes, finally my son and I decide to cart them ourselves. Just before that, he asked a gentleman where the caster kits were and he described the employee as rude. I could hear another customer down the aisle yelling for customer service. We had 3 employees walk by as we were loading our carts and said nothing. You would figure that someone would offer to help. Sorry for this, but I think there's too much complacency.

Employees were very helpful. Also worked with me to adjust pricing on a large plant that had seen better days. Also worked diligently to find bags and boxes to protect my car from plant dirt. Great service!

The associates in this store are very helpful. Constance Campbell in the appliance department is especially helpful!

If you need paint, you should definite come here and talk to Jen J in the paint department. And listen to every suggestion she has. Made my paint choosing so much easier than I thought it'd be.

This store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and always there to help. If they don't know an answer they will find someone who does.

We want to thank "Kevin." We took our mower for warranty repair. Keven super pleasant and patient with Jack Robbins. I would say he should get a great big ATTABORY for his excellent job. He even got our mower done earlier than we expected. He was super friendly and helpful.

Great workers that care about you and what you are asking if them, never have attitude, just a great store to be involved with, I won’t gonto another one !!! Period !!! This store is great...I wouldn’t change a thing !!!

We originally purchased a new washer and dryer at the Riverdale store but they ended up being about an inch too tall (the people at that store felt more like a sell it and forget it sale). Since I live closer to the Ogden store I did my return there. Went back and ordered another set through the Ogden store. The associate measured, checked and rechecked with us. Made the delivery appointment and all was good. Dropped a star because the address was wrong, and the delivery people didn't make a phone call to get the correct address. I've got to take another day off for a different delivery day, hopefully these fit.
