Great Store...Helpful People.

GOOD STORE, CONVENIENT, MOSTLY VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES. FOUND ONE THOUGH, NOT SO FRIENDLY, ACTUALLY OFFENSIVE; HE WAS POINTED OUT TO STORE MGR THAT DAY. BASICALLY IT'S A SOLID PERFORMING STORE, NOTHING TOO NOTABLY BAD OR GOOD. REMEMBER ALL STORES TODAY ARE TRYING TO BE 5 STAR, SO MOSTLY ALL ARE GOOD. FEW TO NONE ARE GREAT.

Store was clean, organized very well. Always can find what i am looking for. When I need assistance I can easily find it. The staff is friendly and helpful! Grateful for this store being so close to my home.

The selection of Christmas trees was the best in the area.

The paint department was really well run and very helpful to me. It is easy to find an associate to help you and in general the store is clean and well organized.

they probably have the most complete inventory of all the Home Depots and good people too. Now that they are getting rid of cashiers it will suck terribly no matter where we go every time there is an issue at checkout. I wonder howmuch more we pay at the cash register because of theft?

They LOVE to write on your receipt with a highlighter when you check out. I wish they would stop.

Contractor desk is terrible!

I wrote another review not sure why it was rejected, needed to use the self checkout because there were many contractors and one cashier. they need to raise their prices to make up for the theft that takes place at self checkout, so we pay for their irresponsibility

We went to this store twice over the weekend and each time was great! The people available to assist were both, friendly, thorough and efficient and we found pretty much everything we were after. What was not on the floor, an associate was able to help us find on their website and ordered it for us. Plus the store was neat and organized. Great experience overall.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Gave us great service. Needed to get item from top shelf with forklift. Staff helped us in minutes didn't have to wait around. Not only brought our product down but also an extra one for the shelf.

Every time I come here the associates are always friendly, always greet you and always assist in finding what you need. The store layout, also is easily accessible to everything you need. I think of things I need to do, just so I can go to Home Depot.

I needed a new dehumidifier for my basement. The gentleman in the front who was working hard, stopped everything that he was doing to assist me, not only locating the dehumidifiers but asking me the size of my basement to get the right dehumidifier for my space area . I had a GE on continuous for the past five years and it finally stopped working and they had the updated version with the thread on hose on the side . Even my cashier was extremely friendly and he assisted me with a military discount as well . THANK YOU!!! MILITARY SERVICEMEMBER, RETIRED, 21 YEARS...

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience working with Jim Adams on a kitchen layout and design. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and the transaction was flawless. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

The store employees are very friendly & helpful at the service desk and checkout. The only downside is the Parking lot from dusk to dawn it is way to DARK AND IS IN MUCH NEED OF BETTER LIGHTING!!

Numerous trips to paint department to match paint. Staff are rude and condescending. Finally got the color right and questioned why the dot on can was white (should have been beige). "That's what you wanted" Checked immediately--it was white because the paint wasn't mixed. I mixed it. I'm tired of being treated like I'm stupid because your staff are incompetent.

Clean store. Easy to find product. Plenty of inventory. Great customer service.

The employees are all very nice there unfortunately there's never enough cashiers and they try to make up for it with the self-checkouts one issue causes a lot of wasted time and the thieves walk right at and make all the prices higher for honest people

I am working on re-doing my patio deck and though I had some ideas, I was able to validate my plans with the expert opinion of the employees at the Contractors' Desk... definitely they provided great help

Overall a good experience at this store however be very cautious on tool repair. Make sure you inspect the repairs and ensure that all other aspect of the tool operates properly. There are no quality check once the work is completed. My drill was thrown back together with pinched wires, switches wired in revers, clutch not working and speed setting improperly installed. Too many issues post repaired for me to trust their service department.

The people in this store are much more competent than the people who work up I-79 in Cranberry Township. The check out set up is better than also. No confusion as to which check out lanes are NOT self service. I do not like the new check out lanes in Cranberry. I will NEVER use self service.
