The Okeechobee store is the worst when it come to getting any kind of help. Help with a product or getting help with loading. Not this time or anytime I’ve been to this store

Whenever we check out we always seem to see Terry. She is always smiling & helpful. She has a heart of gold 💛!

I don’t know if we hit it just right, but we’ve been to Home Depot multiple times since arriving in the area and have found helpful associates throughout the store. Uncommon these days, but delightful!

IT HAS ALL THE THINGS I NEED. STORE IS WELL MAINTAIND AND CLEAN

Came into to buy Christmas lights, found what I needed and went to check out but could only find self check out lines open. I had to interrupt a couple of workers who were just standing there and not helping employees to ask them if there was a lane to check out at that I could pay a cashier. I was told no we only do self check out. I informed them I had all one dollar bills and didn't want to have to stand at machine feeding them in one by one. I was offered no solution or direction to someone who would be kind enough to help with the dilemma. So I was forced to use a self check out and individually feed 43 one dollar bills into the machine while the employee went back to her apparently very important conversation with the other employee. It is the busiest time of the year uou should have a regular lane and your self check out lanes available to customers or at least hire staff willing to help customers instead of standing around getting paid for conversations with their friends.

I frequently shop at this Home Depot for both work and personal projects. It is not uncommon for me to be in the store more than once on a given day. The staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy my visits to this store.

When I visited the store the system was down so I could not make any returns but the staff did a great job at helping me with all other concerns I had and were always verry friendly.

I forgot to mention that I was a veteran and Karla noticed my us army hat and asked if I was a veteran and I said yes so she directed me to the service desk and they gave me 10% off my purchase and she thanked me for my service, great employees all around

I often shop at the Okeechobee Home Depot because of their professionalism, friendly service, and knowledge of items I need. Staff has always been courteous and helpful.

I was in line to check out behind customer that was TOTALLY UNPREPARED to check out taking up time cashier was VERY COURTEOUS did not huff or roll eyes like I've witnessed in other stores staff takes time with each customer

Worst experience ever for three years running would rather buy used material out of the lake, then deal with this store ever again

I came into this store looking to furnish my new home. I am new to the area and didn’t know where anything was. Assistant Store Manager Robert noticed I was having a hard time trying to locate what I needed, so he asked if I needed any help. I said yes, and Robert directed to the proper bays and have suggestions on the products I was buying! He made me feel as if I was his son!

I have the choice to go to Ft. Myers Home Depot or Wellington area Home Depot but I prefer Okeechobee because of their willingness to help customers!

Home Depot in Okeechoobee does it right, employee’s seem happy with their customers, which tells me they are well treated and trained by their employer’s.

I was after one product and found it almost immediately. Was not exactly sure I had the right one but Susan, the cashier, looked at the one I brought and the one I was going to biuy and assured me it was the right one. Shopped and paid in less than 15 minutes.

I entered this home Depot at approximately 10 minutes until closing. I entered blindfolded not knowing what I was looking for. I approached an employee named Nicole who was very helpful she even walked me over to the location with the SKU number found the product found the price got me in and out of the store and I was only 5 minutes after 10:00. Nicole wasn't outstanding customer service representative she was very pleasing she was all about customer satisfaction and she knew exactly the location I needed to be in and she proceeded to walk with me and find the product for me great job Nicole great job Okeechobee home Depot great job management good clean store.
