They always ask if I need help with finding anything and have a great attitude.

I already explain at the store, on the phone with store snd your 1800 #. You figure it out. I just want my monies back and not in 3-5 days now!

I’m a browser so I appreciate having a big choice of products to choose from. The staff is so helpful and they’re all over the store. I was surprised when I couldn’t find a sponge mop in the household cleaning dept about a week ago but maybe next time. I’m in heaven when browsing the gardening area. So many things for any yard job and I get my exercise trying to see everything. This week I bought colorful vincas, soil and mulch to replace a small hedge that wasn’t loving the dry hot weather. My shih tzu enjoys the outing and we appreciate the military discount. Definitely my favorite store.

We're total "out of towners", and very new to the Okeechobee area, BUT I just want to go on record, and give "credit due where is due" to the fine folks at this HD store: Gary, in their Doors Department, knows his stuff very well-- he'd helped me, and my Gal reach an informed decision on our wooden doors-- then, there's Dwayne at the Pro Services Checkout, he was very helpful; and, last but not surely least, was their Cashier, Mary; these folks are very passionate about helping people DO GREAT WITH THEIR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!

Even when hubby in tool or fix it up areas, I really area of Home Depot's household cleaning products, such a great area of any type of cleaning products, laundry items, brooms, mops anything a household needs. Great prices, stock has everything for house cleaning and mark downs.

Always a pleasant experience; lots of choices and shelves always stocked. More detailed visit this time. Steve was outstanding in the appliance department and Gustavo was excellent in customer service and handling our detailed end of transaction.

I have always had friendly and courteous service at this store. I cannot remember a time when what I needed wasn't in stock. If I could not find something, they are always willing to look it up for me.

We were at the store three times in one day and each time the staff were friendly. My husband was with me the first time so he was able to handle the product. The other two times I went by myself and the employees were very helpful getting my product.

Very knowledgeable staff, will go out of their way to assist on any project. No matter how big or small. Ask for Dwayne from the Lumber Dept, you won't go wrong with his advise and superior knowledge and not just on lumber.
