This store needs to retrain their employees about the products on the shelves. Cashiers need to be a lot more friendly and stop talking on phones and to each other while they have a line of customer's. Poor management...

Been waiting 3 weeks now for a 10 piece set of Hampton Bay solar lights to be restocked on the shelf. Was told they would have them in stock 2 weeks ago. 1 week ago went to the Customer service desk and got no help from them. They said that I needed to talk to an employee from lighting. They paged one and I waited approximately 10 minutes and no one showed. The customer service person saw us waiting and did nothing, so we left. Today I returned to check and the spot where they belong was still empty. Still waiting!

Love visiting this store and being greeted by their employees, specially Dawn from appliances, the guy from plumbing with whom Dawn “fights” over us!!!!

This store is clean and the staff is very friendly.They are helpful finding things for you and giving you instructions sometimes on how to use it.

The store is well stocked and clean. Aisles are wide and clear. .Employees are always happy to help you.

A Home Depot staff person helped us in the plumbing department. He went above duty in trying to fit together those confusing new sizes in pvc productions.

I was fortunate enough to get Ruben to help me with my flooring needs. Ruben was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by answering my questions and preparing a quote for me. The quote is very important to me as all of the information and preferences are noted so when my contractor says "go" I've already got everything done. Ruben made this whole process so EASY.

Store employees do not help customers or even greet them. Store was dirty and needed cleaned outside. Not shopping here again..Cashiers are not friendly and employees need more training.

I would like to give several Kudos to Karyn Klatt (KMK562). I waited for quite awhile for help in flooring. She jumped right in and helped me since the person I was waiting for never showed.

The store always has plenty of nice employees always trying to help you and the stores always fully stock I have never had a problem getting anything

I wanted to purchase some marking paint for a roadway project and one of the cashier's helped me right away.

My experience from when I called to check on a product's inventory at this store to when I arrived was exceptional. I don't drive on long trips much anymore but the 3 hour round trip for this storm door I needed was worth it and the help I received was exceptional from beginning to end. Thank you.

Kris and Tabitha were very helpful and went above and beyond in helping locate a book I was looking for. While the customer service employee didn’t want to be bothered these two and a few others were very helpful.

one of my favorite smiles in the store is your employee Gilbert Garcia. works in the Garden department and he always has a smile on his face along with always friendly. he knows his department very well.

I have been to Home Depots all over the country. This Home Depot is by far the best customer service and all around experience. Everyone is so personable and willing to give a hand. Makes it a great experience to come here.

We are so Very Grateful to have a "Wonderful" Home Depot close to us.. 15 years ago we had to travel over on the coast in order to buy the supplies we needed.. We were owner, builder, so we had to do the purchasing of most materials & supplies, etc. Now, we can go a mile or so & get whatever, we need.. So thank you Home Depot for coming to Okeechobee, Fl. We love that you are here, close to us..
